Big Brother to be investigated as Ofcom receives over 600 complaints of Marco Pierre White Jnr’s explicit sex scenes
Channel 5 is facing a backlash over this year's show after hundreds of complaints were made to regulator over Marco Pierre White Jnr and Laura Carter

CHANNEL 5 bosses are facing an investigation by television regulator Ofcom after they were inundated with more than 630 complaints from angry viewers over the sexually charged antics of the housemates.
And the 21-year-old son of celebrity chef Marco Pierre White Snr has sparked the most aggravation after his behaviour with fellow housemate Laura Carter, 30, left those watching in shock.
In concerning scenes Ms Carter was filmed strangling Mr Pierre White Jnr and whipping him with a belt after the pair engaged in sexual activity on 12 June.
They are also reported to have engaged in a sex act in the garden before retiring to the housemates bedroom where they apparently were involved in another sex act while others were in the room.
Mr Pierre White who is engaged to Kim Melville-Smith and publicly cheated on his fiancée, was subsequently removed from the house on Friday evening after being evicted by members of the public.
While Ms Carter who claims to have bedded a string of celebrities remains inside the TV house.
Mr Pierre White subsequently defended his behaviour on ITV's This Morning.

He said: “The arrangement we had was that I was given a hall pass. Basically a free pass to do anything I wanted, or what I believed.
“Maybe I did push it too far and take full blame. I’m in contact with her at the moment and just spoke to her now and I think we’ve decided to see how it goes over the next couple of weeks and just be friends for the moment.”
Marco's mother Mati Conejero is apparently distraught over her son's behaviour and insists he has not learned lessons about what is "socially acceptable."
"I broke down when I saw that for how lost he is," she told the Daily Mail.
"I feel so helpless that I can't do anything, but how would you feel when your beautiful baby boy ends
up a man covered in tattoos, with the word 'Broken' across his face."
"In another scene on Big Brother I saw him crying. Even at the time, I thought he was not distressed about Big Brother – but about his life outside.
"I had hoped he might learn some lessons in there about what is and isn't socially acceptable. But Mini doesn't know any boundaries and now he's in a place where he can't control the situation. One of the girls on the show said he was like a six-year-old boy."
Ofcom said it had received 634 complaints about the scenes which were broadcast on the 9pm show.
