Phillip Schofield scolds Holly Willoughby and Dr. Leah Totton during boob debate

Presenter had to put female panel and co-host in their place

PHILLIP Schofield has told This Morning co-host Holly Willoughby off for getting caught up in a debate about boobs.

The 54-year-old presenter had to take charge when the blonde beauty got sucked into a discussion about whether a woman flashing their cleavage at a job interview was a good idea or not.

The hosts were joined by Apprentice winner Dr. Leah Totton and sex and relationship psycholigist Emiliana Silvestri, and the panellists were soon at loggerheads over the subject.

When Emiliana kept pointing out that Leah's Twitter profile picture is of her in a revealing dress flashing her chest, the reality star quickly defended herself saying it wasn't her business account.

But as Emiliana continued, Holly also chimed in, saying Leah couldn't help it if she was an attractive woman.

Holly said: "Is she using it? Or is she just taking a photo?"

As Holly spoke, Leah was also asking Emiliana why she kept going on about her social media page, and she replied: "You're using your features in a very provocative way."

As viewers were barely able to hear each woman's view point, Phillip had clearly had enough, shouting: "Ladies, ladies, all of you please stop!"

The women paused, stunned by his outburst, as Holly put her hands to her face in embarrassment.

Phillip quickly got the situation under control, encouraging the women to speak one at a time.

Leah, 28, who won the 2013 series of The Apprentice and went into business with Lord Alan Sugar, felt women in 2016 should not be resorting to flashing the flesh to secure a job.

She said: "We need to be very careful the messages we are giving out.

"I'm not against women dressing in a feminine way, I think women absolutely have the right to dress how they feel confident, but I think if you want to have your cleavage out, there's a time and a place."

However Emiliana felt Leah was being hypocritical when her Twitter page features a picture with plenty cleavage on show.

She said: "So on a Twitter profile is OK but not in a job interview?

As they bickered over the issue, Emiliana moved on to her own experiences, insisting she has been guilty of choosing good looking men to work with her in the past.

She said: "I think you'd be lying to yourself if you said that didn't matter at all. I think you're being really unrealistic."

Later in the discussion, she added: "It's a dog eat dog world, if you need a job, wear what you need to wear to get the job."
