ELIZABETH Hurley's son Damian shocked fans who believed he'd shaved off his famous locks.
The 18-year-old - who is the spitting image of his model mum - looked unrecognisable after "ditching" his long hair.
But the teenager went on to reveal it was actually a bald cap he was wearing for a secret project.
He wrote on Instagram: "Update lol: i love u guys so much hahaha but I’m not bald.
"This is prosthetics for a new project lmao but thank u for the cute comments.
"Tempted to do it for real now."
Impressed fans flooded his Instagram snap with compliments, with one writing "Wow! Well at least you know it suits you."
Someone else added: "Just proving you can rock anything, unfair on the rest of us really."
Another said: "Didn’t think you could get more beautiful."
Model Damian has thrown himself into work following a tough year for his family.
His dad Steve Bing died aged 55 after falling from his LA apartment onto the street below.
Damian hasn't commented on the tragedy aside from one Instagram comment in June.
He told followers: "Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that has reached out following the devastating news.

"This is a very strange and confusing time and I’m immensely grateful to be surrounded by my phenomenal family and friends."
Damian had no contact with his dad, who dated Liz in 2001. After his son was born, Steve insisted he wasn't his father and the pair remained distant as Damian grew up between the UK and LA with his mum.
