Eva Mendes reveals she’s ‘all for’ plastic surgery and did NOT deny going under the knife
EVA Mendes revealed she is "all for" plastic surgery and has never denied going under the knife after a news story said otherwise.
The actress made sure to clear some things up in her latest social media post.
The 46-year-old took to to share a headline from a news story that read: "Eva Mendes denies plastic surgery accusation left on her Instagram post..."
Eva responded in the caption: "My friend sent me this. Regarding this 'headline' …ummm… Kinda. Sorta. But not really.
"Never 'denied plastic surgery.' All I did was reply to a specific comment on SM. Would never deny that stuff. I’m all for it. All. For. It."
The story's sub-headline also read that the Hollywood star "clapped back" at a commenter who said she wasn't as active on social media because she was busy getting "work done."
Eva also hit back at this claim as she wrote: "Also I don’t like the term 'clap back.' Sounds aggressive to me.
"As a lot of you know, I reply to as many comments as I can. I don’t clap back, I try to connect/communicate."
She added: "That’s all. Wanted to clear that up."
People were loving the post as they took to the comments section to respond.
One person chimed in: "I love your sense of informing versus putting people in their place.
"You are very rooted in love and it shows. Thank you for who you are."
, who recently underwent a beauty treatment that involved in her neck, would respond: "thank you for this comment. Means a lot. All the best to you!"
All this comes a few days after a user asked Eva why she doesn't post as much, to which a person responded: "She's had work done and I don't think she's happy with it.. she was beautiful without."
The Training Day star decided to respond to both as she wrote: "I'm actually taking time to really be present with my family so posting is not really a priority right now."
She then touched on the "plastic surgery" claims: "I'm not sure why I'm answering you but here I go.
"I'm posting less because I really want to be present for my family. My little ones need me and posting takes up too much time.
"As far as getting work done, I'll do that whenever I please. But no, that's not the reason. The reason is I personally cannot juggle family and social media. So -big shocker -I choose family. Lotsa love to you out there."
Eva is clearly spending more time with her family as she's been in a relationship with actor since meeting in 2011 while on the set of the film The Place Beyond the Pines.
