Married At First Sight Australia’s Elizabeth reveals she can’t stop crying after split from second husband Seb

MARRIED At First Sight Australia's Elizabeth Sobinoff can't stop crying since her split with second husband Seb Guilhaus.
The reality star took to her social media page to open up about how she's been feeling over the past few weeks.
The beauty and footy player were paired together on season seven of the popular dating show back in 2019 and managed to keep their romance alive for one year.
Things came tumbling down last month when the pair decided to go their separate ways.
And it seems that her recent break up has been getting on top of her and the store manager decided to let her 382k followers know how she's been coping.
In a lengthy heartfelt caption accompanied with a gorgeous selfie, she wrote: "I've cried so much lately. Even randomly when keeping busy.
"I’m trying to take care of myself but omg this is hard. Last Tuesday I had to be in Sydney and I packed everything and even sat in the car but freaked out and went back inside."
The reality star continued: "Some moments I can manage and you might not even know how sad I am.
"To all the people I have constantly messaged lately asking for advice or just letting me express oh you have no idea how much I thank you for that.
"I know I’m a broken record and annoying but omg the biggest thank you! Life is a b***h sometimes."
Many of her followers flocked to the comments section to share their love and support.
One wrote: "Sending love and light to you beautiful girl."
A second said: "Sending big hugs and love."
A third added: "Oh babe sending virtual hugs."
A fourth chimed in: "Keep smiling Lizzie."
Elizabeth first shot to fame on the sixth series of Married At First Sight Australia, which first hit our screens in 2019.
She was coupled up with Sam Ball, who was unfaithful to her during the process by sleeping with contestant Ines Basic behind her back - which he denied.
The pair decided to break up, which resulted in Elizabeth returning to the show the following year to find love again.
Elizabeth thought that she found The One when she was matched with Seb, but the coronavirus pandemic certainly didn't make it easy for the pair.
Series seven wrapped up at the start of 2020, but after the deadly bug hit, the pair had to spend six months apart.
With Elizabeth in Sydney and Seb in South Australia, the couple battled a long distance relationship for the duration of their time together.
They were finally reunited in June last year and ticked off one of their milestones - moving in together.
