Has Cristiano Ronaldo used plastic surgery to transform himself from goofy kid to preening superstar?
From eyebrows to forehead wrinkles, cosmetic surgeon Alex Karidis runs us through the Real Madrid ace's perfect look

CRISTIANO Ronaldo is one of football’s most famous faces — yet he has transformed it over the years.
The slightly goofy teenager who found fame at Man Utd is now Real Madrid’s preening superstar set to lead Portugal in tonight’s Euro 2016 final.
Here cosmetic surgeon ALEX KARIDIS helps us shed light on the cost of the 31-year-old’s perfect look.
Forehead: £2k a year
AFTER playing for Sir Alex Ferguson at Man Utd, the young Ronaldo’s forehead developed a furrowed brow.
Yet now it looks smooth and experts think he has Botox jabs every four months to achieve this.
ALEX KARIDIS: “It looks like he has had Botox around the eyes and forehead. His skin is now almost immaculate.”
Lines: £1.5k a year
EXPERTS think filler jabs have plumped up skin and erased lines around his nose and mouth.
ALEX KARIDIS: “Fillers plump up an area where time has deepened the lines, such as smile lines around the mouth.
“Ronaldo’s face is smooth there now which could be because of fillers which are injected in fluid form into the skin.”
Teeth: £20k
RONALDO arrived in Manchester as a teenager with braces, gaps and slightly discoloured gnashers.
He said: “I was small, feeble and had crooked teeth.”
But after two years at United he had his smile transformed by veneers that cost £800 apiece.
A dentist said: “His ultra-white teeth are now perfect and the veneers bring out his good looks.”
Hair? £10k
IN 2013 Ronaldo went to a Monaco gala with signs of a receding hairline.
Hair transplant experts from The Belgravia Centre wrote on their website: “We’re sure the star would want to catch hair loss as soon as it began.”
Pictures from the past couple of weeks show a hairline that is as strong as it ever was.
Brows: £600 a year
RONALDO is never seen in public with the bushy eyebrows he sported when he arrived in England as an 18-year-old in 2003.
The millionaire might possibly pluck them himself but an average session at a salon would only set him back £50.
The three-times Champions League winner can certainly stretch to that.
Nose? £5k
SNAPS of the young star show a wider hooter.
It has long been rumoured he may have had it sculpted but Ronaldo has stayed silent.
ALEX KARIDIS: “It is possible he has had a tweaking to the tip of his nose although it isn’t drastic.
“His nose looks smaller than it was ten years ago but that could just be his face evolving.”
