Love Island’s Adam didn’t have sex with Katie in the Hideaway… because it could ruin his wrestling career
Truth is finally revealed on why Adam has stayed sex-free in the villa
ADAM and Katie shocked Love Island viewers tonight by becoming one of the few couples NOT to have sex in the Hideaway.
The Irish charmer seemed to let nerves get to him on tonight's episode of Love Island after he had a change of heart when given the chance to get steamy with Katie.
But all was not how it seemed, and the Islander revealed the real reason why he chose not to have sex with Katie (or anyone) in the villa: didn't want to jeopardise his WWE career.
With the final on the horizon, the Islanders were asked to decide which pair should spend the last night alone in the Hideaway.
Panic filled Adam's face as each of the Islanders nominated him and Katie to spend some much-needed time alone.
Adam is the only guy who's not had sex since arriving in the villa and felt the pressure. He decided to have a chat with the rest of the guys.
Alex decided to be particularly helpful by giving him a pep talk.
He said: "[Me and Olivia] have sex every night. This is your time – you’ve got a night away in the Hideaway with Katie."
Scott then asked Adam why he looked so worried at spending at night alone with Katie in the Hideaway.
Adam responded: "I did think, ‘Are we going to get the full use of that, for what it’s used for?’ probably not.”

Alex backtracked and tried to reassure Adam by saying: "It’s not just about the sex. There’s no pressure at all."

With the pressure mounting for Adam, he and Katie entered the Hideaway to spend some quality time together.
Things get decidedly steamy as Katie stripped to her underwear, with Adam massaging her legs.
But as it seemed as though it became a bit much for Adam. Instead of notching up the heat Adam rolled over to go to sleep.
