‘Did you leak your own sex tape too?’: Jedward plough in to Kim Kardashian as they try to defend Taylor Swift in most bizarre Twitter row of the year
The pop stars were not happy about the unfolding events
JEDWARD have waded into the Kim Kardashian/ Taylor Swift/ Kanye West drama with a series of bizarre tweets.
The twins - who rose to fame on the X Factor in 2009 – showed they were very much team Taylor as they slammed Kim for leaking the audio of Taylor in conversation with Kanye online.
Then in a stream of messages – which have now been deleted – they begged every member of Taylor’s squad to stick up for her.
The Irish duo, aged 24, started by lashing out at Kim with a cutting reference to her famous sex tape.
In a tweet – which again they have deleted – they blasted: “Why? is your new sex tape on yo story? Don't want that leaking did you record it yourself too.”#
One by one they then targeted members of Taylor’s ‘squad’ starting with Kendall Jenner.
“After all Taylor has done for you! No words you could have stopped this whole thing!” they demanded to know.
Next they questioned Selena Gomez – who tweeted this morning that there are ‘more important things to talk about’.

Not happy with her input, Jedward asked: “Please be More Direct in your tweets and Show true support for Taylor! She always has your back.”
Then they moved on to Karlie Kloss, Taylor’s best model friend.
“You rocked Vogue together and you can rock this! Don't seat on the sidelines walk the Runway Now with Taylor!” the boys told her.
Other pleas went to Haim, Cara Delevinge and Lorde – all of which have been deleted.
But the most amusing message went to Gigi Hadid – thanks to its naughty reference to Zayn Malik.
“Be a best friend and help your girl Taylor now! And stop playing with Zayn's (emoji of an aubergine)," they wrote.
Their Twitter outrage comes just hours after Kim shared a video of Taylor Swift describing Kanye West's 'Famous' lyrics as a "compliment".
The reality star has previously insisted the 'Shake It Off' singer approved her husband's controversial track - in which Kanye raps about wanting to have sex with Taylor - but after the 26-year-old pop star denied her claims, she took to Snapchat on Sunday to share a number of revealing videos.
After Keeping Up With the Kardashians had featured the dispute on the show, Kim posted footage of Kanye and Taylor on the phone - which has sent the Internet into meltdown.
In it the 38-year-old rapper reads her the lyric "For all my Southside n****s that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex".
In response, Taylor could be heard saying: "It's like a compliment."
