Margot Robbie couldn't have looked more loved up with Tom during their Hawaiian holiday
THEY looked like a couple in the first throes of love during their recent holiday in Hawaii.
But Margot Robbie has in fact been dating Tom Ackerley since they met in 2013.
And while the actress - who is currently starring in blockbuster Tarzan – may be used to mixing with A-listers her romance with Tom, the son of an estate agent, is nothing but normal.
As she was spotted lying topless on the beach last week beside Tom, who is also 26, few would have imagined her man’s very humble background or indeed the very un-glamorous life they live in the UK.
The couple, both 26, met when he was working as an assistant film director on Suite Francaise, which starred the stunning A-lister.
Tom, who grew up in Guildford, wasted no time in wowing the actress and was soon sharing his love of rugby and golf with her.
And like numerous other couples in their twenties they moved into a flat share in Clapham.

They were regularly seen hanging out on the Common together, as well doing their food shopping in Sainsbury’s.
They were even spotted eating in McDonalds following a night out at Infernos – which has become one of Margot’s favourite clubs.
Speaking about her love of the famous venue, she told The Sunday Times: "Everyone's wasted and so sweaty. Everyone looks a mess.
"By the time I make it to Infernos, I look so revolting that nobody's going to look twice. Leo is running around, and nobody ever knows [joking, presumably]. He would actually love it there."
The pair have since moved to their own pad in Shepard’s Bush as Margot’s fame continues to rise and she shed her self-proclaimed ‘single gal’ title.
Speaking previously about their relationship, the beauty said: "I was the ultimate single gal. The idea of relationships made me want to vomit. And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, 'Oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him.'
"And then it happened, and I was like, 'Of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.'"
