Towie’s Dan Edgar and Kate Wright split – again – but hook up for night of passion during Mallorca special
The on/off couple have confused things even further after spending the night together
DESPITE announcing her split from Dan Edgar at the start of last night’s episode, Towie’s Kate Wright later spent the night with him during a surprising twist.
Causing confusion for the couple, 25-year-old Dan later told friends: “We split up because the spark was gone, then last night the chemistry was there again.”
The episode started with the blonde beauty, 24, telling the girls the pair had decided to go their separate ways.
She confessed: “We went to Mexico and we had the most amazing holiday but... you know it just felt like we were friends,” before breaking down in tears.
As the former flames came face-to-face later on during a club scene, Kate admitted she found it “weird” seeing him around so casually.
She sternly told him: “We need to stay away from each other. When I'm around you I get really confused. I will get the hump if you get with someone in front of me.”
While he agreed with her, Dan responded: “I feel like our relationship was like we'd been married for 30 years and we got on each other's nerves. I can’t believe it's come to this, I genuinely thought we'd be together for the rest of our lives.”
After they then ended up spending the night together, Dan admitted their decision to hook up had confused things even more for the pair.
A heartbroken Kate told friends: “I felt like I lost my best friend. I've been thinking about him all day but when I'm not around him it's easy but it's so hard when were all around each other all the time.”
