Kim Kardashian vs Taylor Swift: Whose side are you on?
We take a look at Taylor’s loyal squad and Kim’s A-list army
IT’S been one of showbiz’s most high-profile feuds ever since Kanye West stormed Taylor Swift’s stage at the 2009 MTV VMA awards.
And not only has it showed no signs of ending after seven years, but it has escalated into a huge row that has resulted in their famous friends taking sides after his wife Kim Kardashian today accused her of lying about her husband.
Kim released audio on her Snapchat last night in which Taylor can be heard describing Kayne's song Famous as a "compliment".
Taylor is also heard telling the rapper that people will know that the lyric "b***h" is not a dig - even though she has always denied any knowledge of that word being used in the song.
Kim shared the audio in the earlier hours of this morning after tweeting just hours earlier that it was national snake day - which many believed was aimed at Taylor - and the audio went viral.
Despite being heard on the tape, Taylor continued to deny it was her this morning as she hit back and tweeted: “Where is this video of Kanye telling me he was going to call me ‘that b***h’ in his song? It doesn’t exist because it never happened."
Taylor's and the West’s famous friends then started to publicly declare which side they have chosen as the feud showed no signs of ending any time soon.

TEAM TAYLOR
Selena Gomez
Taylor’s original and ultimate famous friend, Selena slammed Kim on Twitter today for not just the dig at her gal pal but because “there are more important things to talk about” under the hashtag #KimExposedTaylorParty. Selena, who is worth an estimated $45million (£34 million), met Taylor in 2008 when they were both dating a Jonas brother and have been BFFs ever since. Taylor calls her “sister”, they both rave about each other on their social media and are pretty inseparable – even if Taylor wasn’t overly thrilled about Selena’s romance with Justin Bieber.
Chloe Grace Moretz
Not a friend of Taylor and definitely not part of her famous squad having turned down an invite to be a part of the singer’s elite clique of friends. But today she waded into the Kim and Taylor row as she accused her of being ‘petulant and unimportant’. But this attack was more likely to do with her spat with Kim which dates back to earlier in the year when she slammed the reality star for her naked selfie.
Jedward
Yes, you read that right – the Irish X Factor twins John and Edward also came out in defence of Taylor, even though they are not pals and have only met a couple of times. But that didn’t stop the blonde millionaires from take to the Twitter page to attack Kim – but they also had a pop at Taylor’s mates Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne and Karlie Kloss for not jumping to her defence.
Ruby Rose
The Australian actress took the row one step further and stood up for Chloe after the 19-year-old was attacked by Khloe Kardashian for her comments about Kim after Kanye’s ongoing feud with Taylor boiled over today. Ruby is also part of Taylor’s squad and was part of the lucky elite chosen to celebrate the 4th July with the star and boyfriend Tom Hiddleston at her home.

Katy Perry
The singer wrote a simple “rise above it” on her Twitter today which was seen as a plug for her new single – and a dig at Taylor. She and Taylor have not seen eye to eye since 2012 when Katy nicked Taylor’s back-up dancers ready for her 2014 Prism tour. Taylor then hit back by basing single Bad Blood on their rivalry. Katy was then name-checked during her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris’s Twitter rant last week, sparked by the news coming out that Taylor wrote his latest hit.

Khloe Kardashian
Kim’s younger sister has always been prepared to take her gloves off when it comes to fighting her sibling’s corner, and today was no exception when she slammed Chloe Moretz for her dig at Kim following the row with Taylor. Posting an X-rated photo on her Twitter page, she tried to troll her with an unflattering and rather explicit bikini photo and wrote: “Is this the a hole you’re referring to?”
Unfortunately for Khloe, the photo she shared was not one of Chloe who responded: “@khloekardashian fact check: first photo is me filming my movie Neighbors 2, the second photo is some girl who was wrongfully photographed.”
Calvin Harris
Not a friend of Kim or Kanye but Calvin earned his place on Team Kim after Taylor dumped him after a 15 month romance and then proceeded to flaunt her new love Tom Hiddleston everywhere. Taylor overstepped the line even further last week when he admitted she had written Calvin’s new song is This What You Came For, despite telling her ex she wished to remain anonymous as the lyricist. He then took to Twitter to give her a very public dressing down.
Demi Lovato
She and Taylor were good friends until earlier this year when she dissed Taylor’s $250,000 donation to help troubled singer Kesha with her legal fees and tweeted: “Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something and then I’ll be impressed.” Today she liked a number of Calvin’s tweets and liked a post on Twitter that simply proclaimed, “I love Kim Kardashian.”
