Jason Burrill is the shock winner of Big Brother 2016

JASON Burrill is the shock winner of Big Brother 2016.
The 45-year-old body double was up against the bookies favourite Hughie Maughan in the final round - with less than 1 percent between them after the votes were totted up.
The win came as a shock to the housemate, who just two weeks ago upset his fellow housemates by taking £20,000 of the final prize fund and eliminating favourite Lateysha Grace.
In his eviction interview with Emma Willis, rival Hughie said: "If I'm honest, I don't think one person thought he was going to win.
"I'm happy for him."
Jason had a less than pleasurable time in the house after discovering in the first week his ex Charlie Doherty was also taking part in the game.
He told Emma Willis: "Me and Charlie have had many chapters in our life in the year and a half that we've known each other."
He said though that he hopes the pair will remain "amicable".
He added: "I don't want that bad feeling. That's the last thing I want."
When they eventually reunited, their complicated relationship played out on the Channel 5 show.
Viewers saw plenty of awkward moments, including Jason rebuffing Charlie’s attempts to give their partnership another try.
On his shock eviction of Lateysha he said: "I take responsibility that I didn't get to know her better.
"I just took the person I knew nothing about. If I wanted to take out a winner, I would've taken out Alex, Jacko or Hughie."
Jason later said that he couldn’t forgive her after she allegedly kicked his beloved dog, Cleo - who also turned up in the house as part of a task, but Jason didn’t get to see him.
In the last week, he has threatened to leave on several occasions, but has eventually been persuaded to stay each time.
Jason was up against Hughie Maughan, Jackson Blyton, Jayne Connery, Evelyn Ellis and Andy West as the final six after a gruelling 48 days in the Elstree compound.
