Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler takes swipe at her parenting style as he compares himself to her ‘strict’ ex Peter Andre
KATIE Price's ex Kieran Hayler has compared his parenting to her first husband Peter Andre's as he made a dig about her not being a "strict" mum.
The 34-year-old star shares seven-year-old Jett, and six-year-old Bunny with 43-year-old Katie, who he split form in 2018.
And the former stripper appeared to take a swipe at the mother-of-five's parenting style.
He said: "When it comes to me and Kate, we're just so different as parents. I'm like Pete in the way I'm strict. They've got strict bedtimes.
"Junior and Princess, and Jett and Bunny always say: 'Mum's not like that, mum's not so strict or regimented', but in the week I want them to have a regular bedtime - they brush their teeth, read a story, go to bed earlier."
Kieran added to magazine: "That is how I grew up and that is how I want them to grow up."
Junior, 16, and 13-year-old Princess are Katie's children with Peter, who she was married to between 2005 and 2009.
The former glamour model is also mum to 19-year-old Harvey, and hopes to have even more kids with new fiance Carl Woods.
Kieran is preparing to welcome his third child later this year, with he and fiancee Michelle Pentecost revealing that she is pregnant in March.
He said that he and Michelle share a similar parenting ethos, with she already mum to 10-year-old Valentino.
Although they are on better terms now, Michelle has had a rocky experience with her fiancé's ex - who was slapped with a five-year restraining order in 2019.
Katie had launched a foul-mouthed tirade against Michelle in the playground of their kids' school.

Katie and Kieran sent shockwaves in 2013 when they got married just two months after they met.
But their "fairy tale" love story didn't last long, and she was left heartbroken as she discovered Kieran had been having sex with their children's nanny all over the house.
It was the final straw following his bombshell seven-month affair with Katie's best pal of 20 years, Jane Pountney, in 2014.
