Take That’s Howard Donald to DJ in tiny hall — with room for 175 fans

TAKE That superstar Howard Donald will tonight play a DJ set in a tiny hall — with room for 175 fans.
The gig is a world away from the stadium venues of his 1990s boy band heyday.
The Could It Be Magic heartthrob, 53, had to cancel his show at St Mary’s Chambers in Rawtenstall, Lancs, in March 2020 at the start of the first lockdown.
He is finally performing after further postponements.
Venue director John Patrick said: “We are absolutely over the moon to finally welcome such a huge star to our fantastic venue in Rossendale.
“We feel privileged to present artists of Howard’s calibre here at St Mary’s Chambers.”
Tickets are £23 plus booking fees.
The venue will also welcome a Craig David tribute act on Friday evening costing £10 a ticket.
