RUTH Langsford has embarked on a gruelling detox regime following a boozy wedding over the weekend.
She arrived at the ITV studios in London today wearing dark sunglasses ahead of her appearance on This Morning, and told fans about her healthy new diet plan.
Ruth shared a video of herself sipping a green smoothie from a Nutribullet backstage at the TV show.
She kept her sunglasses on and nibbled on some vegetables as she sat on a white chair next to her wardrobe rail, and showed off a stylish lunch bag.
Ruth told fans she has overhauled her diet after overindulging at a wedding over the weekend.
In a caption posted alongside the video on Instagram, she wrote: "Detoxing after a fun weekend at a wedding!
"Shame I can't wear the sunglasses on @itvthismorning !!... #casual #sunglasses #breakfast #nutribullet..."
She showed no sign of being worse for wear when she appeared on This Morning today.
Ruth looked fresh-faced and wore a stunning light blue floral dress.
