Rylan Clark-Neal ‘to divorce’ husband Dan after failing to work through marriage problems

RYLAN Clark-Neal is reportedly set to divorce husband Dan Neal after efforts to save their six-year marriage fell flat.
In new reports, friends of the 32-year-old TV host claim that the couple has been spending the past few months trying to make their marriage work, but ultimately it’s been decided they should remain apart.
Speaking a source said: “Things were looking so good, like they were back together. They hoped they could avoid divorce, but it’s now looking like the only way forward
“Many around them were desperately hoping they can win the battle to save their relationship. It’s very sad.”
The Sun Online has gone to Rylan’s reps for comment and clarification.
In June this year, Rylan spoke out about his marital problems, stepping away from his TV roles and BBC 2 Radio Show for four months in order to focus on his mental health and personal life.
In a heartfelt statement, he told The Sun he was ‘seeking help’ as he ‘wasn’t in a good place’.
He said: “Following reports about Dan and I spending time apart, I feel I have to speak out - as the way it is being reported is unfair.
“I have made a number of mistakes which I deeply regret and have inevitably led to the breakdown of our marriage.”
“I have taken time away from work as I am not in a good place at the moment and am seeking help,” he added.
“I am trying to take each day at a time and would like to thank you to everyone for their support and for respecting our privacy at this time.”
He later thanked fans for their support and understanding during his difficult period.

Rylan is due to return to a regular TV hosting job this week with the return of Strictly spin-off series, It Takes Two.
He will be joined by new co-star, Janette Manrara, who has moved over after seven years competing as a Strictly pro on the main show.
The pair already seem to be getting on famously, with Rylan sharing a photo of him cuddled up to Janette as they shared a glass of wine together.
