Who is Benjamina Ebuehi? Meet the new 2016 Great British Bake Off contestant

TEACHING assistant Bejamina Ebuehi is one of the younger contestants to enter this year's Great British Bake Off tent.
She recently graduated from The University of Leicester with a First Class Honours degree in Economics - but what else do we know about her?
Benjamina has a twin sister - who apparently is her biggest critic, and like fellow contestant Jane she hails from South London.
The teaching assistant starting baking in her teens aged fourteen, and what started as a bit of fun has now turned into a passion.
She likes to combine simple flavours with a fresh and modern twist, Benjamina also describes herself as a perfectionist.
In her spare time the baker, who refers to herself as Benji, runs her own food blog - , where she showcases everything from recipes to her latest baking stories.
Most recently, she made TEN cakes for a single wedding - one for each table.
And it looks like Benjamina has made some long lasting friends in the Bake Off tent, with fellow contestant Val commenting on her - calling them 'absolutely mouthwatering'.
The amateur baker doesn't just have a sweet tooth, from the looks of her Twitter feed she is also a big fan of bread bakes as well as IKEA meatballs.
The new series of The Great British Bake Off is set to air Wednesday 24th August at 8pm on BBC One
