EastEnders actor has engaged in a number of altercations before his current feud with Mark Wright
DANNY Dyer's feud with Mark Wright isn't the first time the EastEnders actor has seen himself locked in a battle of words with another celebrity.
The 39-year-old is currently sporting a black eye after being beaten up by the former Towie star's mates after they both attended V Festival on Saturday.
The attack followed Danny's bitter exchange of words with Mark's brother Joshua, but it isn't the first time the star has locked horns with a fellow celeb.
Here's some of Danny's most memorable showdowns.
JAMES JORDAN
Twitter watched in twisted glee last year when Danny and James exchanged a bitter war of words over...Strictly Come Dancing.
After Danny was pictured in the audience supporting his on-screen wife Kellie Bright, as well as appearing in a number of video clips, James tweeted: "Is Danny Dyer on Strictly???" to which Danny replied with: "Yeah like you......oh....wait...."
The dancer, who had left the show two years previously, snapped back: "At least I know I can back my mouth up boy..... Did I maybe touch a nerve."
Never one to bite his tongue, Danny hit back, saying: "You keep backing that mouth up my love. Didn't touch a nerve.
"I just think you're a bit of an irritating c***."
LORD SUGAR
There aren't many people who would be willing to take on the sharp tongued Apprentice star Lord Alan Sugar, but Danny was.
The actor was not impressed when the billionaire wrote on Twitter that Danny's EastEnders character Mick Carter would end up in prison like shamed presenter Rolf Harris.
Questioning how Mick's partner Linda could have three children at age of 37, Lord Sugar said the writers were testing the "public's intelligence" and they should "do the math and cast the people of the right age".
He added: "Linda just said they have been together for 25 years means been with Mick since she was 12. He will be joining Rolf Harris soon.”
Danny replied angrily: “I do wish you'd pipe down my lord. You're very rich but you have the looks wit and charm of a slightly comatosed tramp....@Lord_Sugar.”

DANE BOWERS
This altercation goes all the way back to 2010, when Danny wrote in his Zoo Magazine column about how the former Another Level singer was slating him while in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
He wrote: "I can't believe Dane Bowers was digging me out on Celebrity Big Brother. Nicola T was insulting him, saying he looked like Danny DeVito, and he told her it was just as well she didn't say Danny Dyer. F***ing liberty taker.
"Let's be fair – he'd have a touch to look like me, the no-mark. He'd come across OK on the show, but digging me out on TV? That's a f***ing joke.
"He wants to slow down. If I bump into him, I'll bite his f***ing nose off."
JEREMY KYLE
Danny seems to have a habit of taking on fellow celebrities who are known for being outspoken themselves, and during an interview with BBC Radio One, he got into a rant about loud mouth chat show host, Jeremy Kyle.
He said: "I just can't stand the geezer...Which is probably a bit strong considering I've never met him.
"[He] makes entertainment out of their despair.
Adding what would happen if they ever did meet, he added: "If he swings a right-hander at me we'll see what happens. I'll just choke him."
KATIE HOPKINS
The journalist has sparred with Danny on a number of occasions, particularly last year when the actor revealed his partner Jo had popped the question after 25 years together.
She wrote on Twitter: “No woman should ever propose to a man.
"Certainly not one with a naff bum-fluff beard and dodgy squint.”
Danny hit back straightaway saying: "No I agree...especially when you look like ya face should be on the side of a gothic building..have a nice day ya daft sexist ya.”
Their bitter exchange continued with Danny rounding things off by comparing the former Apprentice star to Albert Steptoe from TV show Steptoe and Son.
But that's not the end of it, on another occasion, Danny shared a snap of Katie in her underwear with the caption: "Last one.....as I'm in a jolly good mood.....imagine if a tampon was to have a face......@KTHopkins happy Tuesday. ;)”
RICKY NORWOOD
The pair were co-stars, but that didn't stop Danny having a sly pop at the 33-year-old for signing up to this year's Celebrity Big Brother after being dismissed from EastEnders.
Asked during a fan Q&A who he wanted to win, Danny obviously said Ricky, but his reason was not an altogether positive one.
He said: "Ricky. Wasted talent. Shame he had to go down this route. I get it though.....Gotta earn them readies."
MARK KERMODE
Danny's beef with film critic Mark Kermode goes all the way back to 2011, when the actor threatened to break Mark's nose if they ever met in person.
The critic has regularly mocked the actor over his film choices, and when asked about the criticism by PureMovies, Danny replied: "I've seen it, yeah. He's such a pr*ck.
"He's just a got a bit of a problem with me, and what it is I really don't know.
"But our paths will meet, one day, and there won't be no talking. It'll probably just be a headbutt straight to the f**king nose, and then he can go off and do his impressions with a broken nose that'd be good, wouldn't it?"
More recently, Mark made a covert reference to the actor on Twitter, writing: "Apparently, a handsomely paid TV actor is still very cross about a poor review he got for a film no-one saw five years ago. Hey ho."
While he didn't name Danny, directly, he fired back with a reference to his 2003 film Wasp, saying: "Not cross at all. Grow some bollocks and tag me in to your childish comment. Did you ever see Wasp??"
