The Vamps & I’m A Celeb star James McVey finally marries model girlfriend Kirstie – a year after original wedding date
THE VAMPS guitarist and singer James McVey has finally tied the knot with his fiancée Kirstie Brittain.
I'm A Celebrity star James, 27, and model Kirstie exchanged vows after being forced to postpone their wedding.
The couple were due to marry in November last year, but like many others had to put off their wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic.
They married at Lulworth Castle in Dorset with Kirstie wearing a gorgeous soft pink, off-the shoulder, lace Victoria Sanders gown.
James announced their happy day on his social media and shared professional photos of some of the highlights.
He posted pics of them walking down the steps after saying their vows as guests outside the castle showered them with confetti.
"I never believed the cliché ‘best day of your life’ thing, then it happened," James said of his big day.
For his groom's outfit, James opted for a three-piece tuxedo as he cuddled up to his bride.

He also shared black and white photos of him with his arms around his The Vamps' bandmates who served as his best men.
Kirstie also posted photos of their magical day to her Instagram, admitting: "Everything I could ever ask for. 30/10/21" followed by a ring and white heart emoji.
In the lead up to the original date of the wedding, James revealed they decided to postpone the wedding until they could have as many people as they wanted.
"It is meant for November, but the problem is that the government haven’t really set out any plans for how weddings can go back to normal," he told .
"Thirty people can be at a reception, but have to be socially distanced.
"We have elderly relatives in Liverpool who would have to travel down to Dorset where we’re getting married. Kirstie and I are thinking it’s best to postpone it until Halloween next year."
James credited Kirstie and their rescue dog Moochie, who the couple adopted in January 2020, for keeping him on the right track during lockdown.
