Celebrity Big Brother’s Chloe Jasmine Whichello ‘seeking hypnotherapy’ as she struggles to leave her home
Chloe Jasmine opens up about her battle with anxiety

REALITY star Chloe Jasmine Whichello has opened up about the “terrible anxiety” she suffered as a result of being in the Celebrity Big Brother house in September last year, admitting that she struggled to leave the house for two months after the show had finished.
The model turned singer appeared on CBB with her fiancé Stevi Ritchie, who she met on The X Factor, and despite the pair making it all the way to the final, the attention took its toll on the 25-year-old.
Speaking at The Sun Online’s, Chloe Jasmine said: “I'm going to be very honest with you... If you've been in a situation where your personal life has been the focus, it can be incredible difficult [for you to adjust to real life after].
“I developed some terrible social anxiety as a result of being in that house. It's been hard to deal with. I've never had a tough skin ever... all I did was cry on the show.”
Chloe, who first appeared on modelling show The Face back in 2013 explains that she now turns to hypnotherapy to help her deal with her anxiety.
“I struggle to say no [to reality TV]. I was asked to do I'm A Celeb just after X Factor but I said no. I struggled leaving my house for two months.
“Anticipation is more powerful than action. I've got a great hypnotherapist now that's helping me deal with my anxiety. My hypno gives me tapes to listen to at home. The treatment is tailored to you."
She adds that she no longer has any desire to be famous.
“Nobody wants to be famous, I don't. I don't want to be known... anticipation is more powerful than action.”
