And on Monday Barbara, 22, and Formula 1 champ Lewis, 31, reignited romance rumours as they were spotted enjoying a boat ride together in Venice ahead of the 73rd Venice International Film Festival.
The pair, who were first linked at the Cannes Film Festival, were seen flirting and giggling during their canal cruise.
Barbara has previously been linked to Niall Horan, Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran.
