The Irreplaceable star is a regular visitor to the annual music event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as it was set up by her rapper husband Jay Z.
She was spotted spending time in the star-studded VIP area this weekend, and her attention appeared to be focused on the former US leader.
The pair were pictured chatting happily and whispering to each other, and Beyonce was even spotted putting her hand on Clinton's shoulder.
