Golden gun signed by James Bond stars Roger Moore and Christopher Lee set to sell for £10k

THIS golden gun signed by James Bond stars Sir Roger Moore and Sir Christopher Lee, below, is set to sell for £10,000.
The replica 18-carat gold weapon is among 170 rare pieces of memorabilia likely to make £140,000 next week.
Also in the sale, a 'near mint condition' Thunderball (1965) poster could make £12,000.
The 30ins by 40ins advertisement was designed to be cut into four pieces, so very few examples - complete or otherwise - have survived.
The panels show Sean Connery as 007 flying through the air in a jet suit, being mobbed by glamorous women, fighting a scuba diver and sat on a beach poised with weapon in hand.
An original poster for the first film in the Bond franchise, Dr No (1962), carries the same estimate.
Ewbank’s Auctions, in Woking, Surrey, said: “The allure of James Bond is strong.
"The Thunderball poster is a particular rarity because it is near mint condition – easily the best I have seen.

"It has been in the same private collection for nearly 50 years, having been acquired at a specialist shop in Charing Cross in the 1970s.
"We now hold several sales a year dedicated to the 007 phenomenon and bidding is as vigorous as it's ever been."
