Ola Jordan reveals Bruce Forsyth almost caught her having a quickie with husband James on the set of Strictly Come Dancing

OLA Jordan has finally revealed all about the night she had sex in her dressing room on the set of Strictly Come Dancing.

The former Strictly pro and her husband James, 38, couldn't resist each other and decided to have a quickie but they almost got caught by TV legend Bruce Forsyth.

The 33-year-old, who has been with James for 17 years and married for 13, revealed she hadn't seen her other half because of their busy work schedules and she couldn't wait until they got home for some 'alone time'.

Writing in her new book, which is serialised in the Mail on Sunday, Ola tells how things got heated very quickly between the pair and they got down and dirty in their shared dressing room.

The blonde beauty said she tried to rebuff James' advances and said: "What do you mean? We can’t have sex at the BBC!"

However, despite being together for almost 20 years, she wrote that she "couldn't say no" and indulged in a quickie, which they thought had been a secret.

She wrote: "We were running late for rehearsals by the time we emerged, breathless and looking a little bit flustered, having hastily thrown our costumes back on.

"‘Ola! James!’ a familiar voice boomed out. I knew immediately who this was: it was Brucie.

"His dressing room was close to ours and he had happened to be walking past our door at the exact moment we came out."

The couple got up close and personal in some racy shots for the campaign and Ola exclusively revealed her bedroom secrets to The Sun.

Ola confessed she wears a blindfold in bed to let her dancer husband know whether sex is on – or off – the cards.

She said the kinky trick keeps James under control on night's when he's up for it but she's too tired.

Ola said: "It’s so good. On one side it says ‘Yes Please’ and on the other side it says ‘Not Tonight’.

“When I don’t fancy it, I just put that side, ‘Not Tonight’.

“He gives me a cuddle and I’m like ‘no babe’. I know what cuddles means.”

“He always listens, he’s a good boy.”
