Who is Aidan O’Callaghan?
IRISH actor Aidan O'Callaghan landed a starring role in the popular UK soap Emmerdale back in 2018.
Not only is he an actor but a qualified pharmacist in between sets. Here is all there is to know about the Cork star.
Who is Aidan O'Callaghan?
Aidan O'Callaghan is a 33-year-old Irish actor and a qualified pharmacist.
He was educated at Hamilton High school in Bandon,
He then went on to study Pharmacy at Trinity College Dublin.
Once Aidan completed his studies, he joined a theatre company in London.

During his time with the theatre company he took on two lead roles, one in Collins in London and The Man Who Couldn't Dance at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Between sets, Aidan locums as a pharmacist.

What TV shows has Aidan O'Callaghan been in?
Aidan made his screen debut in the film Somatic in 2016, where he played the role of Young George Watson.
He has also appeared in Wolfe (2021), The Rook (2019), Britain's Deadliest Lovers (2016) and Home Alone (2017).
In 2018, it was announced that the Cork actor will be appearing in the long running soap opera Emmerdale.
Teasing his character at the time, he told : "It's a great role. It will cause a bit of a stir among the regular actors.
"The most exciting part for me was that I got to play an Irish character on it.
"Most of the characters on it are English and from the Yorkshire Dales.
"Because they're all from Yorkshire, I thought I might've had to change my accent but I didn't have any 'likes' or Cork slang on it though."
More recently, Aidan will be starring in the new TV mini-series The Witcher: Blood Origin, which is set to air summer 2022.
The series is an adaptation from The Witcher book series by Andrzej Sapkowski.

In April 2022, The Sun exclusively revealed Aidan O'Callaghan was cast in EastEnders as the new manager of The Prince Albert.
