The pair looked picture-perfect as they lapped up the sun at a pool party in Ibiza.
Rhian showed off her hour-glass figure in gold belted plunging orange halterneck swimsuit as she sipped on a cocktail.
The former Page 3 model accessorised with a pair of tortoise shell shades as her platinum blonde hair sat perfectly waved on her shoulders.
Her soon-to-be hubby Oliver Mellor, 35, surprised the model with a cake featuring Rhian in cartoon-form lying topless on a beach with a tiny cocktail stick umbrella.
On the plate he scribbled in chocolate sauce: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RHIAN!!"
He grinned as he presented it to her in just a pair of swim shorts and sunglasses.
The former Corrie actor looked incredibly fit with his toned abs and muscly arms.
They both looked very lovey-dovey as he wrapped his arm around her and placed his hand on her hip possessively.
The couple then indulged in a cheeky snog as Oliver grabbed the blonde's bum.
Last month she enjoyed another holiday with her fiance - this time in Kalkan, Turkey. The pair were snapped frolicking in the crystal blue waves together without a care in the world.
