NO FEARS FOR TEARS STAR

Louisa Johnson a million miles from X Factor with huge transformation

The star admits her newfound fame has been "scary"

X FACTOR winner Louisa Johnson has teased her new music and says it will have a “Caribbean-vibe”.

The singer is working on the follow-up to her summer smash hit Tears, which will be out before the end of the year.

And she is taking inspiration from everyone from Bob Marley to Beyonce.

She said: “It’s been quite difficult to go straight from the show to the studio, but I just want to share my music.

“For me, my music is like a diary: it’s very real and honest, and I like to be open.”

“I think people are going to be surprised when they hear it!

“It’s really hard to explain, it’s just all about the vibe… "

“It’s not one kind of genre. I love Caribbean-vibe music, Beyoncé, old school R&B and everything from the 90s.

Louisa’s transformation from X Factor hopeful to fully-fledged popstar is almost complete.

My exclusive pictures show the talent show winner looking a far cry from the fresh-faced teen we first met in her audition last year.

The shoot for Wonderland Magazine shows her draped across a bed in denim shorts next to a record player.

Despite being the show’s youngest winner under the mentorship of Rita Ora, Louisa hasn’t cracked under the pressure.

She has given Rita and X Factor boss Simon Cowell the credit for that.

She said: “I really admire Simon. It’s definitely scary, the fame that comes with X Factor, but I’m doing everything I’ve always dreamed about.

“Him and Rita have helped me so much. Simon is so supportive and it’s really great.

“I think Rita inspired me the most, because she’s young too and we had so many ideas together.

“She helped me a lot. She always told me to be myself, to remain strong mentally. I think it’s the most important advice anyone can give you.”
