Niall Horan appears to snub One Direction pals as he claims he misses EVERYTHING about touring… except them

NIALL Horan has snubbed his One Direction bandmates during a question and answer session with fans.
The singer, who’s just released his first solo single This Town, failed to mention Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne when asked by a fan what he missed most about touring.
Niall said: “What do I miss most about touring?
“Probably just the travelling around on the bus and the planes and, I like the travelling side of it.
“I like having everyone around every day – you know the immediate crew we travelled with, the touring crew, all the carpenters and lightening riggers and all that, I miss that side of it.
“I miss being around people a lot.”
Niall’s apparent snub isn’t unusual, given he admitted he didn’t play his former bandmates the track before he released it.
The Irish singer told Greg James that he “presumes” the boys have heard it on the radio.
He said: "They knew it was coming but I didn't have a final version to play them when I saw them last."
"I just said 'I'm bringing out a tune, I hope it's all ok, I'm a bit nervous - see you soon."
Liam tweeted Niall after the single dropped, saying: “Good luck boss give him all your support huge day for him proud of you boss.”
This isn't the first instance of the boys not keeping in touch. Zayn Malik admitted that the boys weren't in contact any more after he dramatically left the band last year.
Speaking to The Sun in January he said: “I had every intention of remaining friends with everybody, but I guess phone numbers have changed and I haven’t received calls from a lot of people.
“I’ve reached out to a few of them and not got a reply. Certain people have pride issues, but it’s stuff you overcome in time.”
During his interview on Radio One, Niall also revealed that he plans to release an album next year, and then go on tour.
He added: "It won't be this year, it's not finished yet. I still have some writing to do so we'll see what happens."
The single came as a surprise to One D fans as Niall had kept the song a big secret, telling Greg James that even some people at his record label didn't know he had even signed for them until two weeks ago.
The Irish star has pulled off a sensational coup by recruiting super-producer Greg Kurstin to mastermind the track.
They pair had worked together on some One D hits, like Story of My Life.
Greg, 47, has six Grammy nominations to his name and also produced Lily Allen’s The Fear, Ellie Goulding’s Burn and Sia’s Chandelier.
Horan has also managed to become the first member of the band to launch his solo career, ahead of fellow One D stars Harry Styles and Liam Payne, who are both in the process of plotting their own solo careers.
In a recent interview, Harry hinted that the band's hiatus could be longer than they'd previously thought.
When asked about the future of One Direction, Harry said: “I don’t know.
“When we started people always asked, ‘where do you think you’ll be in five years?’ It’s a difficult question to answer.
“I would never say we’ll never do anything ever again but it’s good for us to be exploring different things."
