But it seems her old home still has sentimental value to the family as the star is passing it straight onto her mother, Suzie Wells.

According to various posts online, the reality TV star has even been helping her mum move into her old house.

Taking to social media Suzie has been documenting moving day where she posted several clips onto her Instagram stories.

In one video, as her mother unpacks her belongings into Billie's old kitchen, the former TOWIE star can heard assisting her with her various items.

Billie could be heard lightly singing "pian, pian, piano" in the background as removal van staff carry the electric instrument into the house.

Suzie thanked Billie in the video, writing: "@billieshepherdofficial thank you for organising my move for me"

She added: "nothing is too much"

Afterwards Suzie, 53, took a picture of a beautiful bouquet of pink and white roses sitting on a window ledge in her newly renovated kitchen.

The mum of Sam, 31, and Billie, 32, showed off the lovely gesture as Billie helped her mum settle in.

She wrote: "Thank you @Billieshephersofficial @gregory_shep for my beautiful flowers" alongside two heart emojis.

Billie took to her own Instagram to show a video of her three-year-old son Arthur taking the bunch of flowers over to his grandmother.

She wrote: "Taking some flowers round to nanny Suzie's to put in her new home" along with a string of emojis.

Billie recently moved into her £1.4 Million renovated mansion after a long and agonizing two year wait as they scrambled to rebuild the property.

The couple put their all into renovating the four-bed 1920s property amid tense rows with their new neighbours.

Their new property is now complete and comes with luxurious features including a swimming pool and barbecue area with a Jacuzzi and fire pit.

This comes after Suzie was rushed to hospital last month.
