Strictly’s Ed Balls is suffering from dizzy sickness spells – and it’s the reason he nearly dropped his dance partner
Professional dancer Katya Jones also let slip how the former Labour MP suggests a tea break when he can't hack training

CLUMSY Strictly star Ed Balls is suffering from dizzy sickness spells – explaining why he almost dropped partner Katya Jones on Saturday night.
The former Labour MP, 49, reduced viewers to tears of laughter as he ballsed up a lift in his American Smooth to Tony Christie’s Amarillo — grabbing Katya by the crotch.
Now the pro dacncer, 27, has revealed that Ed is struggling so much with training he often has to lie down and order her to bring him cups of tea.
In an exclusive interview, the Russian told The Sun: “It’s tiring mentally – you can’t take that away.
“He has to sit down, he has to have his tea with milk.
“When he’s tired he tries to distract me with a tea break.
“I make his tea.
“He says, “Right, tea break!” and so I go off and make him a tea.
“And then he gets too dizzy from all the spins and turns so he has to lie down and starts feeling sick.
“He just gives me an evil look like, ‘Oh my god’.”
Katya also admitted that Ed has been dropping rude jokes during training in a bid to distract her from working on their dance routine.

The telly star added: “I laugh all the time but sometimes they are not appropriate jokes so I couldn’t say what he says.
“Just silly things and then he breaks out into his own moves and it’s just hilarious.
“Dad dancing is his character so I don’t want him to lose that but of course the technique is important.
“But I don’t want him to lose his own little style which is great really.
“He doesn’t see that it’s a massive improvement but he is improving so much.”
Ed successfully made it through to next week’s show last night despite coming bottom of the leaderboard on Saturday following his disastrous routine which Len Goodman dubbed “dodgy”.
Speaking after Ed’s performance, judge Craig Revel Horwood blasted: “It was the antithesis of smooth, plodding, pedestrian, fighting each other, one too many lifts including an horrific one.”
Ed replied: “It’s a really good lift – I could do it to you as well.”
WIFE TAKES SNIPE AT BALLS

Meanwhile, the MP's wife joked Ed Balls' decision to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing was due to him having a "spectacular" midlife crisis.
Labour MP Yvette Cooper said: "There's nobody that can match Ed for the enthusiasm for throwing yourself into something and he's said himself, it's managing a midlife crisis.
"It's rather a spectacular way to have a midlife crisis - in front of millions of people every Saturday night.
"But, you know, good luck to him."
The 49-year-old former Chancellor - who lost his seat at last year's election - said last month that reason he signed up was "definitely a mid life crisis but I think you've got to embrace it and enjoy it".
He's proved a surprise hit on the BBC show.
But on Saturday he ballsed up a lift and accidentally grabbed partner Katya Jones's crotch as they danced the American Smooth to (Is This The Way To) Amarillo.
He then dropped her and lifted her back up with his hand gripping her left breast.
Yvette - the new chair of the Home Affairs Select Committee - also said it made a change for people to be talking about her husband's outfits instead of hers.
She told John Pienaar on BBC Radio 5 Live: "The one fun thing for a woman politician, this very unusual thing, is to suddenly find, especially after Ed's yellow suits, is to find there's so many articles being written about my spouse's outfits and clothes in the papers and that doesn't happen to women politicians very often."
