Honey G blasted by her own family for ’embarrassing’ them with ‘painful’ rapping on The X Factor

QUIRKY rapper wannabe Honey G made X Factor fans furious as she continues to survive the live shows - and even the singer's FAMILY have confessed they find her performances "EMBARRASSING."

Honey seems to now be facing a backlash closer to home from her loved ones, who were quick to brand her stint on stage during this weekend's episodes as "painful."

They admitted to squirming in their seats when she is plastered on screen during Simon Cowell's ITV programme because they don't like to see her humiliated.

A relative candidly revealed: "To the nation Honey G is funny to watch but to her family it's embarrassing.

"She has always lived in the shadow of her sister and finally this is her time to get attention, but it's painful to watch."

Talking of Honey G, real name Anna Guildford, and her progression to the next show, "Anna is a very sensitive soul and to watch her being mocked by the nation is upsetting."

Last night, fans saw Relley C booted off the show after a hard-fought sing-off with girl group, Four of Diamonds.

Her departure happened as the X Factor came under fire from outraged viewers on Saturday after Dermot O’Leary announced a shock new twist to the public vote.

Rather than opening the lines at the end of each episode once all the acts have performed like usual, viewers could now vote for their favourite contestants before they’ve even taken to the stage.

The North Weezy act's loved ones piped up just weeks after her mum proudly supported her on the first live episode of the series.

Dubbed Mamma G, she was seen sporting a white T-shirt with the words Honey G emblazoned across the front.

Channelling her daughter's streetwise, Coolio-inspired look, she donned a red baseball cap on her head.

She then told spin-off show The Xtra Factor: "On behalf of my family, I want to say we are so proud of her tonight.

"We admire her tenacity and courage."

After sailing through the third public vote the public backlash against Honey G was re-ignited.

aking to Twitter, one angry viewer wrote: “Quit playing games and send honey g home, yall are a joke @TheXFactor”

Alaina raged: “Honey g getting through & the jukebox landing on fright night the weekend of halloween, now if that doesn’t shout fix i don’t know what does”

The tweets didn’t stop there, with Daniel Halawi writing: “Relley C goes home and Honey G stays, just sums up the show, everything about it is a fix even that stupid wheel lol #XFactor."

It isn’t just viewers that weren’t impressed by Honey G, but guest performer John Legend too.

The superstar was the picture of awkwardness after Dermot O’Leary quizzed his thoughts on the rapper.

As Dermot asked how working with Honey earlier in the week compared to collaborating with the likes of Kanye West, he sarcastically said: “I have to pinch myself.”
