The blonde actress looked seriously sexy in the floor-length dress with a plunging neckline which reached down to her tum.
She went bra-free to give a glimpse of side boob as she strutted her stuff at the WSJ D LIVE After Dark event in California.
The Almost Famous beauty, who was judging a business category on the night, ramped up the sex factor by styling her hair in loose waves which fell seductively over her shoulders.
She lined her eyes with thick black make-up and chose a racy red lipstick which she showed off to perfection when pouting for the camera.
Kate stood alone for some solo shots in her quirky-coloured dress fastened with a blue belt before being joined by supermodel Karlie Kloss and baseball player Kobe Bryant for a celeb-packed selfie.
She cuddled close to Karlie, who took charge of taking the shot with her camera phone.
The Victoria's Secret Angel wore a pretty blue patterned dress and pillar box red lipstick as she glammed up for her night out.
Sports ace Kobe oozed sophistication in a smart navy suit and crisp white shirt.
He flashed a cheesy grin for the camera as he posed, tenderly placing a hand on Kate's back.
After partying the night away, Kate uploaded a lively snap showing her and Karlie amid a throng of revellers.
She posted the cheery shot to Instagram with the words: "They actually let us all in," followed by a winking Emoji.
The event at Laguna Beach saw a host of top CEO's, founders, pioneers and investors gather to discuss the latest issues in global technology.
Kate, co-founder of fitness clothing brand Fabletics, was judging finalists in the Global Startup Showcase category.
