Strictly Come Dancing’s Laura Whitmore returns to rehearsals for the first time after devastating foot injury
The blonde beauty is tentatively working on her routine

CROCKED Strictly Come Dancing contestant Laura Whitmore has returned to training days after she was forced to pull out of the show due to doctor's orders.
The TV host revealed she was back in the studio with dance partner, Giovanni Pernice, after some intense rehabilitation sessions with a foam roller.
The beauty uploaded a Twitter picture showing her leg strapped up and propped on the physio device with the words: "Keep rollin rollin rollin."
She then gave a more detailed medical advice to her concerned followers and wrote: "Back to training ... I'm quite a bit behind and being very careful.
"But will try my best guys!"
The beauty, who has wowed with her fancy footwork in previous rounds, then re-Tweeted a message which revealed she and her hunky Italian dance partner would be strutting their stuff to Paint It Black by The Rolling Stones.
This means the pair have just three days of practice before Saturday's live show.
Last Saturday Laura, 31, was forced to pull out of her planned jive after she was warned she risked permanent damage to her injured ligaments.
A source revealed to The Sun Online that she originally hurt her foot during rehearsals for Strictly on Monday, but powered through rehearsals.
After seeing numerous doctors, she was eventually warned that if she did go through with the show, she could risk damaging her foot permanently.
An insider close to Laura said: “She was devastated she couldn’t perform but she didn’t really have a choice but to not do it. It wasn’t worth it.”
After she was sent home from the show to recover, dance partner Giovanni spoke to Claudia Winkleman and sent her well-wishes to her speedy recovery.
He said: “All of us we are missing you tonight and I hope you are well. Get rest and looking forward to the next week. It’ll be a different dance so…” before blowing her a kiss on behalf of the team.

Laura announced that she wouldn't be performing on the show by posting a statement on Twitter titled "completely devastated".
It read: “It was a decision taken out of my hands.

“We all train really hard. All of us dancing, have aches and pains and I didn’t realise the severity of my injury until it was too late. I am sorry to let you all down.
“My priority is to follow doctors orders to get myself on my feet again without permanent damage and do the thing I love most, dancing!"
She ended the statement by saying: “Thanks to all my fellow contestants for the support they have given me in the last 24 hours.”
She was given a bye to this week's Halloween-themed Fright Night.
Her survival came as actress Lesley Joseph was the latest to leave the show, following a dance off with Daisy Lowe.
