Vicky Pattison reveals why she was gurning after sparking concern during recent Xtra Factor appearance

VICKY Pattison has hit back at claims she was gurning during a recent appearance on The Xtra Factor.
The 28-year-old appeared on The X Factor spin-off show last month but caused concern among viewers after pulling an array of faces and moving her jaw erratically as she spoke.
Social media was quickly filled with comments that the former Geordie Shore star was gurning, but in a new interview with , Vicky defended her appearance.
She said: "My jaw movement is something that I’ve always done.
I did it in the [I'm a Celebrity] jungle and I got stick for it.
"It gets worse when I drink and I didn’t drink once in the jungle, yet people were still questioning it."
While Vicky appeared hyped up on The Xtra Factor, the star looked much more relaxed as she showed off her new Brentwood home to the magazine.

Lying across her bed in a berry coloured shirt dress, Vicky opened up about her decision to settle in the Essex instead of her hometown of Newcastle.
She said: "I lived in a hotel for seven months after I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here! and it’s the most miserable and lonely I’ve ever been.
"I knew more about the staff than I did about my own family, it was horrendous.
"I always thought I’d move back to Newcastle one day but now I’m not so sure, I love Essex."
However Vicky will soon be leaving her new pad behind as she heads back to the Australian jungle to co-present the rebooted spin-off show I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.
The Geordie star will be joining fellow former King and Queen of the jungle, Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon, as well as comedian Chris Ramsey, after the new line up was announced in September.
Vicky quickly made it clear how thrilled she was to be returning, saying: "Winning the jungle last year was the most incredible experience of my life.
"I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to my jungle experience just yet and luckily, after getting my dream job, I don’t have to.”
