Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright DENY they’re joining Scientology to boost fame
Mark was reportedly 'keen' to know more about the controversial religion

MICHELLE Keegan and Mark Wright have denied they are joining Scientology in an effort to boost their fame.
The glamorous couple, who married in a civil ceremony in 2015, are not religious but were forced to deny they want to become members of the controversial religion.
It was reported that former Towie star Mark had become "fascinated" by the religion after researching Tom Cruise's career as he tries to crack America.
A pal told the Daily Star Sunday: "Mark says that he’s never been a massively religious man, and obviously he and Michelle married in a civil ceremony, but Scientology fascinates him.
"He’s keen to learn more about it and how it works. He says it’s the ultimate networking tool.
"Mark said it’s not just who you know, it’s the network you’re in, and if it worked for Tom Cruise it would work for them.”
It's believed Mark is hoping for success in Hollywood after his kids TV show, The Dengineers was picked up a US channel.
However, a rep for Mark slammed the claims saying: "This story was completely denied to the Daily Star Sunday on Friday. It is completely untrue. Mark and Michelle are absolutely not considering Scientology."
While they have recently remained coy on plans to decamp to LA, Michelle did admit she's feeling broody but they won't be having children just yet.
She told : "I love children. I always say I'm broody. We're not planning anything just yet.”
The former Corrie star recently revealed she'll be involved in a third series of the BBC1 hit series, playing Lance Corporal Georgie Lane.
It means she is now facing a long stint abroad to film the new series of the gripping drama.
The couple have been hit by countless rumours that their marriage is on the rocks, but by the looks of their recent outings, their relationship showed no signs of strain.
