Coronation Street SPOILER – Caz finally gets caught out as Kate puts her neck on the line

We knew crafty Caz would crawl out of the woodwork eventually and, sure enough, she finally shows her face as suspected killer Maria languishes in jail.

Aidan is first to spot the unhinged lass when he visits an old business contact and sees Caz sneaking into a factory where she’s been working. Stunned, Aidan blags his way inside the building and combs the floor looking for the slippery customer.

Unfortunately, Caz catches sight of him and scarpers through the fire escape, vanishing into thin air. As Aidan calls the police, back on the Street, his sister Kate has made an alarming discovery of her own.

Having noticed a transaction for a camera on a credit-card statement, Kate realises that Caz is watching and listening to her every move via a hidden spycam.

In a bid to outsmart her ex, clever Kate lays a trap by telling Aidan she still loves Caz and really wants to see her again.

While Aidan thinks his sibling has gone mad, Kate is confident that Caz will be lapping up every last word and she’s right – as the ex-soldier makes a beeline for Maria’s flat.

Letting herself in, she finds Kate there alone and launches into an impassioned plea for them to run away together. Keeping up the charade, Kate feigns interest but secretly phones Aidan, hoping he will hear and call the police.

However, when Caz tries to kiss her, Kate instinctively turns away and her ex-fiancée realises she’s been set up. Is Kate in serious danger?

Mary’s cancer scare

Erica has plenty on her plate thanks to cheeky twins Aadi and Asha, but that all pales into insignificance when Mary turns to her with some very worrying news.

As the week begins, Erica is stressed out as Aadi hasn’t been doing his homework.

But despite her best attempts to keep her eye on the pair, the mischievous duo still manage to steal some scratchcards from the shop.

They win £300 and talk Bethany into claiming their prize in return for a share of the cash.

Erica hits the roof when she finds out and tells Dev she’s thinking of moving out.

That’s the least of her worries, however, when Mary later reveals she’s found a lump in her breast.

Accompanying her pal to the surgery for support, Erica is relieved when the GP tells Mary that there is nothing to worry about.

The patient is less convinced, though, and demands she has a scan. Is there something more to Mary’s panic than meets the eye?

Will Rana and Zeedan get Married?

Following the end of his grandparents’ ‘perfect’ marriage, Zeedan’s now getting cold feet about his own impending nuptials to Rana and confides in Leanne that he thinks they’re rushing things.

And when Zeedan learns that Yasmeen has pawned her wedding ring to help fund his ceremony, he drops a bombshell on his fiancée: he can’t marry her because he has lost faith in the idea of marriage.

Devastated, Rana tells him she never wants to see him again.

But when Yasmeen gets wind of what’s happened, she implores Zeedan not to let Sharif’s mistakes ruin his own chance of happiness.

Meanwhile, Leanne begs Rana to give Zeedan another go, before persuading her to jump in the car with her.

As Leanne pulls up outside their wedding venue, Rana is stunned to see Zeedan waiting for her, all ready to tie the knot.

Will she back down and agree to marry him – now?
