I’m A Celebrity star Carol Vorderman admits she loves chasing fellas as she signs £250k deal to be new a*se of dating site Toyboy Warehouse

I’M A Celebrity bombshell Carol Vorderman says she is finished with long-term relationships — and is much happier picking up “occasionals”.
She has also been offered £250,000 to sign up to a “cougar” dating site. Speaking hours after her elimination from the ITV show, she said: “I’m the new a*se of Toyboy Warehouse. Yes, sign me up.”
The former Countdown star told how she now prefers to have casual, non-committal flings to longer-term relationships.
She told The Sun: “Am I looking for Mr Right? Funnily enough, no. I meet a lot of men but I’m very happy. I think it’s marvellous.
“I’m not harming anyone. And everyone is single, if you know what I mean.”

Carol has been single since splitting from Red Arrows pilot Graham Duff late last year.
But she added: “I’m not out there looking for more occasionals. I’m very happy as I am. I’ve had a few offers in my time. Some wanted, some not so wanted.”
But she insists her tactic was more about just enjoying herself than finding a different partner.
She said: “I suppose historically that is rather an accurate statement. Well, you know, you start getting towards Christmas don’t you and you start thinking about the next year and you think, ‘Do I really want to be with this person for the next year?’.”
Stifling hysterical laughter, she added: “Am I digging a hole? I think a lot of people break up around that time. Don’t they?
‘We go to the chippy on a Saturday night’
“Not that I have had a lot of boyfriends to be honest, and I do love a party. I’m very happy being single as you can probably tell.”
Sitting by the pool at the luxury Palazzo Versace hotel in Queensland, Carol is a million miles away from where she says she tends to find potential suitors these days — at her local chippy.
She added: “It’s not like I’m going to a club. I’m not 23. Can you imagine anything more dull? We go to the chippy on a Saturday night. I have a good time.
“I’m coming up to 56 in a few weeks’ time. I’m doing my flying, I’m partying. I’m living the life of a boy racer. I love my life now.”
She now insists her life has never been better, adding: “This is the happiest stage of my life.
“Last year, I did the Jenga principle — I got rid of all the stuff that unbalanced the wall. I cleared the decks of a lot of stuff. And it’s been the best summer of my life, the most exciting — just fantastic.”
Carol’s first marriage to Royal Navy officer Christopher Mather in 1985 lasted just a year.
She had two children — Cameron, 19, and Katie, 24 — with second husband Paddy King. They divorced after ten years of marriage in 2000.
A year later she moved in with journalist Des Kelly, but they separated in 2006.
Carol now lives in Bristol with her mum Edwina Davies, 88.
She said: “The kids are older, that’s the big thing. You know those adverts where you’re waving them off to university with a bottle of champagne behind their back? My life has got that point.
“The kids are taken care of and I take care of my mum. We’re a team of four. It doesn’t matter if I’m away.” During her time in the jungle, Carol was linked to comic Joel Dommett, 30.
But Carol said: “That was just having a laugh. There are 25 years between us. Joel could’ve done with someone better than me.

“I don’t think, even if I was 31 or the same age, that Joel and I would be suited at all. We are both maths geeks. But I can’t do press ups and he likes super exercise girls and he doesn’t fly an aeroplane so it’s not going to happen.”
Carol also waded into the “bullying” row that saw telly presenter Martin Roberts reduced to tears by broadcaster Danny Baker. She said: “All of the girls liked Martin, so we didn’t like what was going on sometimes.
“Martin’s sense of humour is different. He doesn’t mean any harm by it.”
But Carol’s focus now is on living it up at the end-of-series wrap party.
She added: “This weekend I am going to party. Ola and I are determined to be last out. Lots of booze and dancing on the table at three in the morning — bad mum dancing! I like a party. I’ll be last out.”
FOCUS ON CHEST

CAROL Vorderman went down with severe bronchitis in the jungle camp and was prescribed strong antibiotics.
Show medic Dr Bob McCarron also gave her an inhaler and insisted she take bed rest.
Former Countdown star Carol, 55, who is still on the drugs, said: “There’s a coughing virus going around, you will have heard it. Mine got worse and worse and worse.
“On Saturday I had sharp chest pains. It was like breathing through bubbles.”
Carol, who reckons smoke from the camp fire was partly to blame for bringing on the lung condition, added: “It took me two days to get over it.
