Holly Willougby’s Wylde Moon shares orgasm tips and jokes about X-rated encounter with TV star

THIS Morning host Holly Willoughby's Wylde Moon has dished out sex advice — as she transforms into the UK’s answer to Gwyneth Paltrow.
In the latest edition of the blog which appears on the Wylde Moon website, the ITV presenter pulled in sex expert Sarah Mulindwa to write about “orgasm anxiety” - and included a joke about “shagging the Duke from Bridgerton”.
Holly, 42, started the lifestyle website last year and was compared to Hollywood star Gwyneth, who turned her newsletter Goop into a £196million wellness empire.
Writing to readers, the blog said: “We’re all friends here, so I’m going to get straight to it; do you ever find yourself feeling frustrated, stressed, or anxious because you just can’t seem to reach orgasm?”
It went on: “It seems like we’re constantly surrounded by TV shows, film scenes and stories of everybody having a fantastic sex life, doesn’t it?
“When a show or a film has a scripted sex scene with a straight couple, all it seems to take is a man unzipping his fly for a woman to start to feel herself in the throes of orgasm, which, to be fair, could be a reasonable representation of shagging the Duke from Bridgerton…”

The quip was referring to Brit heart-throb Regé-Jean Page, 35, who plays the Duke of Hastings in the Netflix drama.
Citing research which claims only some 50 per cent of women reach climax during sex, Holly's blog said that anxiety is holding people back.
It read: “It’s that nagging feeling in the back of your mind that tells you you’re not doing something right or you’re broken because you can’t reach orgasm like everyone else seems to.
“It’s the pressure you put on yourself to perform, the fear of disappointing yourself or your partner, and generally being so distracted during sex you’ll never end up reaching orgasm anyway . . . and so the cycle continues.”

It concluded: “But, sweet friends, there is no such thing as ‘normal’ when it comes to orgasms,” before introducing Love Honey’s sex expert Sarah Mulindwa to give top tips.
On Wylde Moon, Holly also shares her style and beauty tips. And, like Gwyneth, 50, she also sells candles and perfume.
She previously admitted she loved the comparisons to the US star, who launched her online empire in 2008.
Holly said: “Even though she was hugely successful in one area of her life, she had other dreams and she wanted to follow them. And I hugely admire her for that.”
