S Club 7 star Jo O’Meara left her followers gobsmacked as she shared a picture of her rarely seen teenage son.
The 44-year-old showed just how grown up Lenny, 15, now is as they enjoyed a work out session together.
Jo shared a picture of herself after working up a sweat and one of Lenny flexing his impressive muscles.
The singer wrote alongside it: “We call it workout Wednesday lol… How did my Lenny become a man so fast!
“He's putting me through my paces getting me tour ready! Not long now…. Hope you're all having a wonderful week.”
Her fans were shocked by how old he suddenly is, with one person writing: “When did he become a teenage boy? Yesterday you were introducing him in Hello Magazine.”

While a third added: “My goodness I can't believe that's your son! When did he grow up so fast?!”
Lenny is Jo’s only child from her two year romance with Bill Slater, which ended in 2008.
Speaking after their break up, Jo insisted: “Even though I'm classed as a single mum, I've got my family and friends and the father is going to be involved.

“I think we've made the right decision. If you stay in something that won't be happy, that's not good for the baby.
“He's going to be loved by both his parents, and he's not going to see us feuding or arguing.”
Earlier this year S Club announced a reunion tour to celebrate their 25th anniversary.
But tragedy struck as Paul Cattermole was found dead at his Dorset home shortly after they shared the news, aged 46.
It was later confirmed Paul's ex-girlfriend and bandmate Hannah Spearritt would not be taking part in the tour, while Jo, Rachel Stevens, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee and Bradley McIntosh would honour the dates.
