Lance Bass gives exciting NSYNC reunion update after rumours of brand new album

LANCE BASS has hinted NSYNC’s reunion is far from over because he expects his kids to be able to see the boyband together again in the future.
He and bandmates JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Justin Timberlake appeared on stage at the MTV VMAs last month then dropped their first single in 20 years, Better Place, which features on the soundtrack of the new Trolls movie.
Lance, a dad to two-year-old twins, said on his Frosted Tips podcast: “I had no idea that as NSYNC we would be doing anything at all any more.
“It’s such a gift that my kids are going to be able to see us do music and that kind of stuff.”
The group have been tipped for a tour or album to mark their 30th anniversary, which takes place in 2025.
But his pop star antics are unlikely to be as wild as previously.

Telling of attending the Queen’s Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2002, Lance explained: “I just happened to be in town that weekend.
“I was living in Russia and I had a weekend and I was like, ‘I’m going to England. I’m going to go to the jubilee’ and I don’t remember half of it because, man, you know how to party over there during a jubilee.
“I blame it on the Red Hot Chili Peppers because they’re the ones who got me really wasted in the hotel lobby. I was trying to prove something.”
MISSION DELAY FOR TOM
IN MOVIE land, Mission: Impossible is taking a hit, but fortune is shining on The Hunger Games.
Tom Cruise’s next Mission: Impossible film, Dead Reckoning Part Two, has been delayed by a year.
The flick, with Tom as field agent Ethan Hunt, had been due out next June but will now land on May 23, 2025, after production was hit by the actors’ strike over the summer.
The Hunger Games has been adapted into a stage play, which will debut in London next autumn.
It follows the West End success of Frozen, Back To The Future and Sister Act.
SHORT ODDS FOR NEYMAR
NEYMAR might just nab David Beckham’s Golden Balls nickname if he keeps scoring goals and posing in his pants.

The Brazilian forward has stripped off for Kim Kardashian’s clothing brand Skims, which launches its first collection of men’s undies tomorrow.
He said: “Scoring a goal is the best feeling ever . . . Almost as good as wearing this underwear.”
Mum-of-four Kim said her football-obsessed son Saint inspired her to snap up Neymar, alongside other US sport stars, for the brand.
She said: “Getting some of their idols in the campaign is like a ‘pinch me’ moment.”
MOLLIE POD TO LIFT LID ON GIRL POWER
SHE is used to being one fifth of chart-topping girl band The Saturdays, now Mollie King is going to be chatting to others who had similar rises to fame.
I can reveal she has landed a BBC podcast called Where It’s At: A Short History Of Girlbands which will see her talk to members of groups including Little Mix, Girls Aloud and the Sugababes.
They will wax lyrical about redefining girl power and becoming a cornerstone of music history and I would be surprised if some of her own bandmates don’t join Mollie on the pod, too.
Mollie had 13 Top Ten hits with Frankie Bridge, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes and Vanessa White, before The Saturdays split up in 2014.
She has since moved into radio presenting, so I’m sure the new podcast, launching on November 6 on BBC Sounds, is right up her street.
Perhaps all that nostalgia will finally persuade her to get her old group back together.
CARING KATY IS IN A PICKLE
KATY Perry was batting for the underdogs as she threw a fundraising sports tournament.
She posed in this green miniskirt and pink-tinted shades after having a game of pickleball, which is huge in the States and looks a bit like trying to play tennis with a ping pong bat.
The Teenage Dream singer put on the event for her Firework Foundation in California, raising money for scholarships and activities for kids from underserved communities.
Her fiancé Orlando Bloom was there but he didn’t fare well on the court.
Katy wrote on Instagram: “Not to brag, but I totally beat Orlando in front of everyone.”

The Copacabana legend, who has sold 85million records and celebrated his 80th birthday in June, will perform nine concerts at the venue, kicking off on May 23 next year and ending on June 2.
Explaining the significance of the residency, he said: “In 1978, the London Palladium is where I began my love affair with the British public.
“These shows will be my last full concerts in Britain and I wanted to end where I began – at the London Palladium.”
