CORONATION Street fans have again been left hugging their sides with laughter as Jane Danson’s heavily pregnant Leanne Battersby appeared to waddle across the cobbles.
Viewers were left in pieces as Leanne shuffled down the street on the hit ITV soap – with many questioning if she may have experienced an awful toilet malfunction.
Twitter erupted with thigh slapping comments as scenes aired during Wednesday night’s episodes.
Leanne was wandering down the street on the phone to Nick Tilsley (played by ex-Footballers Wives star Ben Price) unaware that he was actually walking towards them.

The two characters spotted each other as they approached one another and let out stifled chuckles as they realised their humorous situation – but it was Leanne’s bizarre walk that had viewers in fits of hysterics.
Flooding social media with commentary, countless soap fanatics took to Twitter to poke fun at the bonkers scenes.
“Leanne looked as if she didn’t get to the toilet in time,” wrote one amused fan – while another put it less politely saying: “I’ve never seen a worse fake pregnancy walk than Leanne’s. She looks like she’s s**t herself.”

While she appeared to be concentrated on untangling her bags she certainly did not have that problem with her legs - which were as wide apart as they could have possibly been.
She made her way down the street and bumped into Andy on her way, who asked whether she needed a hand. Leanne denied his help but thanked him and went on her merry way.
And viewers couldn't help but have a good giggle at her rather unusual pregnancy walk.
