Jamie O’Hara’s secret split from his ‘love of his life’ lingerie model girlfriend ahead of Celebrity Big Brother stint

JAMIE O’Hara has split from the stunning model he described as the “absolute love of his life” - leaving the door open for a romance inside the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The 30-year-old, currently taking part in the Channel 5 reality show "to pay for his divorce", shocked fans last May when he described gorgeous Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney as the love of his life -rather than Danielle Lloyd, the mother of his three sons.
However, the formerly loved-up couple called it quits shortly after they got back from their romantic holiday to Dubai.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun online, she explained: "Me and Jamie have not been together for eight or nine months.
"He is there [CBB] for nothing to do with me and not my problem."
Last week Jamie told his housemates that he would "have sex" with US temptress Jasmine Waltz.
She later revealed that she quite fancied him too - but sneered at his current status as a "newly divorced dad of three kids".
Jamie kept his split from Liz incredibly quiet - but when they spent time in the Arab country last year it was a different story.
He captioned one pic of them together: “The absolute love of my life, gives me the strength to get through anything and don't appreciate her enough sometimes @elizabethjayneinsta through thick and thin.”
His holiday snaps didn’t stop there though and he shared a series of candid moments from their break, describing the brunette as his “princess” and even “the wifey”.
Jamie wasn’t the only one gushing though, Elizabeth also posted her fair share of holiday snaps.
And in a surprise move she addressed their relationship for the first time in a lengthy post beside an image of them cuddling on the beach.
“Only ever speaking out about this once, and once only, never have I ever spoke about my relationship publicly to anybody or any press.
“Before I met Jamie I was with a normal working man, me failing in love with Jamie as no relevance to his profession.”
She went on to say that she has refused “countless” offers to talk about their romance in order to stay “classy”.
The stunner continued: “I've always stayed so classy and dignified over any current situation he is in, like any wife or girlfriend should. I would
never sell him or anyone out for a financial gain.
“But like any loving doting partner I will protect my love till the end. Because isn't that love? Protect, love and secure each other. We have our
disagreements. Never about anything other then trying to persist in a relationship were so madly in love with but find it hard.”
And revealing the struggle to make it work amid the “drama”, she added: “I'm so glad we get to spend some time together other then juggling everything we deal with like normal day to day people plus a little bit more drama, nice I get to remember why we keep fighting.
“The love will always always remain weather we last a life time a long time or a little time. And that is the beauty of what no one or anything can take away!” (sic).
Other than their short-lasting deep love for one another, they had another common ground too - their shared anger at Jamie's estranged mother-in-law.
Jackie Lloyd slammed the footballer on Instagram, claiming he hadn't bothered to rearrange visiting times to see little Archie, Harry and George so he could go and sun himself with his new woman.
She also claimed that he had been forced to call Danielle in secret as Liz was so possessive of him.
Liz hit back: “How dare he work for 10 months and provide for his children solely then go on holiday for 2 weeks?
"Minus all the holidays she’s f****** off on to f*** a conman in Dubai and left the kids. Let all pretend we’ve forgot about that one.”
But despite publicly shaming Danielle and waging a public war over everything from child maintenance to access to the couple's three young boys, it emerged Jamie had been acting rather differently in private, with pals claiming he had begged her for a reconciliation.
At the time a pal of the footballer told The Sun online: "Surely a woman who feels so insecure because Jamie regularly rings Danielle and begs to have her back would be the last person to be defending him?
"Jamie has to phone his ex wife in secret these days because his young girlfriend gets so jealous.
"But I suppose Liz just lacks maturity and she has to make her own mistakes. You have to feel sorry for her really."
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said: "I’ve had death threats. I’ve been told that my house is going to get burnt down.
"Somebody told me they were going to shoot [new partner] Michael as he lives in Jamie’s house. It was just vile. Someone posted my address on Facebook, which was so upsetting as obviously my kids live in that house.
"It was scary, the trolls are just disgusting. Now I don’t even feel safe at home."
