Lucy-Jo Hudson was born in Leeds, West Yorkshire, on 4th May 1983 - that makes her 35.
She appeared in a number of stage shows before landing her big break in Coronation Street in 2002.
It was on the show that she met husband Alan Halsall, who plays long-running character Tyrone Dobbs.
The pair married in 2009 and welcomed their first child, a baby girl called Sienna Rae, in September 2013.
When did Lucy-Jo Hudson and Alan Halsall split?
The pair briefly split back in 2016 - but shortly got back together.
However, they split again in May 2018, with Alan joking to pals that he is having a mid-life crisis.
A source said: “It’s very amicable but they’ve decided to go their separate ways.
“Alan’s been joking that he’s having a mid-life crisis and he went and treated himself to a brand new car five days ago. It’s a difficult time for both of them.
“They’re devastated the marriage is over but have vowed to stay friends. They still really care for each other.”
On July 15, 2018, The Sun exclusively revealed Lucy had found love with former colleague Lewis Devine just two months after her separation from Alan.
Who did Lucy-Jo Hudson play in Coronation Street?
Lucy-Jo took on the role of Katy Harris from 2002 to 2005.
The feisty character struck up a relationship with Martin Platt, despite a 20 year age gap between them.
She shockingly killed her father in a spur of the moment attack after he had lied to her to persuade her to abort Martin’s child.
Consumed with guilt over the murder Katy decided to kill herself and committed suicide at home.
Who did Lucy-Jo Hudson play in Doctors?
Lucy-Jo Hudson joined the show to be involved in a brand new plot which revolved around a major baby protection and played Rhiannon Davis.
In the show Rhiannon Davis lost her newborn baby - but she was under suspicion of killing the tot.
Lucy-Jo said that the story was quite hard to film, especially considering that she had a young daughter of her own during the filming of the series.
She didn't know who the killer was until the very end.
