Kris Marshall reveals the real reason why he snubbed the Love Actually reunion for Comic Relief

KRIS Marshall has revealed the real reason why he won't appear in the upcoming Love Actually reunion for Comic Relief.
Director Richard Curtis is putting together a 10-minute sequel to the famous movie to raise funds for charity but Kris's character Colin Frissell won't be making an appearance.
In the 2003 movie, Colin moved to America in the hope of finding love thanks to his British accent.
However, we won't get to see if Colin has settled down or is a fully fledged ladies man as Richard didn't have the time or the money to squeeze him in.
Death In Paradise star Kris told The Mirror: "I did get a very, very sweet email from Richard.
"Richard said, 'Look, we're making a charity, where-are-they-now movie of Love Actually, but I didn't have the time or the budget to go and see where your character went'."

However, while he understands Richard's decision, Kris is still disappointed he won't be involved in the highly-anticipated revisit.
He added: "But with Emma Thompson and Martin Freeman also not in it, I'm in good company".
The short film, which is called Red Nose Day Actually, will air during the Comic Relief special on March 24.
The actress played Juliet in the original 2003 hit movie, who married Peter (Chiwetel Ejiofor), failing to realise his best friend Mark - played by Andrew - was head over heels in love with her.
The 31-year-old was pictured standing in her doorway, appropriately wearing a white top with the word LOVE written in colourful letters on the front.
Meanwhile Andrew, 43, looked handsome in his jacket as he chatted to director Richard Curtis between scenes.
There was no sign of Chiwetel, which could mean their marriage hasn't worked out and leaves the door open for Juliet and Mark to possibly get together and make all of his dreams come true.
Fans of the original will clearly remember one of the standout moments in the movie, which saw Mark arrive outside Juliet's house with a series of white cards with how he felt about her written on each one.
One even said: "To me, you are perfect".
However, Emma Thompson will not be making a return as it conflicted with her filming schedule and she also said it was "too soon" after Alan Rickman's death.
