MISCHA Barton has bravely opened up about her revenge porn horror after an ex-boyfriend filmed her most intimate moments without her consent.
The 31-year-old star spoke from her lawyer's office in California about the discovery that a former flame was trying to sell the footage to porn giants.

According to the, the tapes have an asking price of $500,000 (£408,000), and Mischa's lawyer Lisa Bloom stated that YouPorn, RedTube and Porn.com were all considering making offers.
Speaking at the conference, Mischa said: "This is a painful situation and my absolute worst fear was realised when I learned that someone I loved and trusted was filming my most intimate and private moments, without my consent with hidden cameras."

The brave star said she was "doing this not only for herself, but for all women out there" and added: "No woman should have to go through this."
Her attorney said Mischa is the victim of "revenge pornography" and revealed she went to court on Tuesday to gain an emergency cease and desist order against the man believed to be involved.
In the tapes, the man is said to be a boyfriend Mischa had a brief relationship with.
Lisa Bloom,argued that the release of the tapes is a form of domestic abuse - and therefore susceptible to the same punishments in the state of California.

The attorney added that she had seen photos from the video and believed it was "clearly" the OC star in her opinion - and featured her having sex as well as performing sex acts.
She was successful and an order by the court forbids the man from distributing the tapes OR contacting Mischa.

On the discovery of the tapes on Monday, Lisa released a statement on Mischa's behalf that read: "It has been reported that naked or sexually explicit images of Ms Barton are being 'shopped around'. Ms Barton does not consent to any disclosure of any such images.

"She believes she was recorded without her consent by someone she was seeing at the time.
"There's a name for this disgusting conduct: revenge pornography."
Bloom described the footage as "a form of sexual assault," and "a crime and a civil wrong in California," adding: "We will not stand for it."
"I have a message for anyone who attempts to traffic in these photos or videos of Ms. Barton: We will find you, and we will come after you," Bloom added.
"We will fully prosecute you under every available criminal and civil law."
It has been a difficult year for Mischa, who was reportedly hospitalised after she was pictured behaving bizarrely in her garden and later claimed her drink was spiked.
Weeks later photos emerged of her crashing her U-Haul van into a West Hollywood apartment block.
Earlier this week it was revealed Harry Potter star Emma Watson was hit by a photo leak as pictures of her at a costume fitting reportedly emerged on the dark web.
And Amanda Seyfried is the latest star to be hit by a nude photo leak as intimate pictures with an ex were reportedly posted online.
