Joe McElderry shows off incredible weight loss as he attends Chase Charity Gala in London

JOE McElderry showed off his incredible weight-loss as he attended a glamorous bash in London this weekend.
The X Factor star has dropped the pounds in recent months thanks to performing 10 times a week in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
The all-singing, all- dancing star looked slim in an all-black ensemble as he attended the Chase Charity Gala on Saturday night.
Joe was all smiles as he showed off his new trim physique, which he credits to performing non-stop in the popular musical as well as regular workouts with a personal trainer.
While he has toned up, Joe recently revealed he was never as big as fans accused of him being after an unflattering picture of him emerged after an appearance on Lorraine in 2015.
Speaking on This Morning, Joe revealed he is around the same size then as he was when he was accused of being fat.
He said: “It was odd. I literally came off air and an hour or so after I was going to rehearsals and my phone started going crazy with Twitter notifications.
“On that day I wasn’t much different to what I am now but it was just an unflattering photo.
“People went crazy for it, it went everywhere.”

Joe recently shared a very sexy selfie, showing off his toned body while wearing just his gold loin cloth costume for his role as Joseph.
The snap sent fans wild and Joe exclusively told the Sun Online that he was amazed by the reaction.
He told us: "I sometimes forget that everyone can see it.
“I posted it, then forgot about it, and went out for dinner, then the next day I woke up, and it was everywhere!
“I did find the reaction quite funny, I wasn’t expecting that.”
He said that he had got into shape with a personal trainer, and also doing 10 shows a week with his show Joseph, had also helped him tone up.
Speaking about stepping into the famous loincloth for the touring show Joseph he said: “I was dreading it when I first started it, I was like, ‘Oh god. I’ve got to get my top off!’
“I’ve always shied away from that kind of thing and I’ve never done topless photoshoots or anything.
“For the first few weeks of the tour, I had to really psyche myself up to do it, but before long I got used to it and it just became part of my everyday routine.”
You can see Joe on tour with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat Tour, which will hit Bristol Hippodrome Theatre in May.
