JESY Nelson’s ex Chris Clark has secretly grown close to Amber Dowding following his split from the Little Mix star.
The former couple have reunited on nights out – with Amber even being given a bigger role on the reality show as a result of their on-again romance.
A source said: “Chris and Amber have reconnected in recent weeks – they’ve been talking a lot more and close pals are saying a romance could be back on the cards.
“Amber is officially still a cast member on the show but she’s not featured in many scenes of the current series.

“Producers are now keen to get her back on camera – with her agreeing to feature in next week’s finale episode.
“The scenes could end up being Jesy’s worst nightmares come true if Chris and Amber end up being in the same shots together.”
Jesy split from Chris last week amid claims the Towie star wanted to avoid the limelight.
But there was more behind their break-up as the singer’s friends fear reality TV star Chris may have cooked up the short-lived romance for a publicity stunt.
Chris cruelly dumped Jesy out of the blue on the phone while she was away on tour in the US, giving little reason for his decision.
Jesy’s friends fear Chris may have used her for fame to boost his profile and plans to get back with Amber Dowding as a storyline for Towie.
Many of them are furious at the suggestion Chris ended the romance as he isn't comfortable in the limelight, while starring in a reality TV show.
Towie are filming their sexiest finale yet as the cast host a Miami themed party in a luxury mansion.
Megan McKenna, Kate Wright and Amber Turner will all be dressed in red hot swimwear as Essex hunks James Lock and Chris go topless for the end of the series extravaganza.
A source said: “The cast are going all out for the series finale.
“They’re hosting a Baywatch themed party in a mansion – and everyone invited will dress to impress.
“There’s going to be a pool party and the entire cast will reunite for one final time this series.
“Producers are even recruiting extras to make sure the night is one to remember.
“It’ll be an emotional episode as the cast will say goodbye to Kate who’s bowing out from the reality show.”
Meanwhile Jesy has been showing Chris what he’s missing after partying with fellow Little Mix stars Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock in London this week.
The girls will be back in the UK next month as they start their European tour which will keep them on the road for much of 2017.
