Kid Cudi’s torched Porsche seen in explosive new pics after Diddy ‘hurt his DOG & bombed car’ in jealous fit over Cassie
RAPPER Kid Cudi testified that Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly broke into his home and hurt his dog in a jealous rage over his relationship with Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura.
The musician, born Scott Mescudi, also testified how weeks after learned about his relationship with , his Porsche was set ablaze in the driveway of his home in Los Angeles in January 2012.
The courtroom was shown evidence photos of the damage to Mescudi's Porsche after the sportscar's convertible roof was cut open before a Molotov cocktail was thrown in it.
Photos showed the driver seats leather red interior heavily charred from the flames.
The interior driver seat door was suffered burned damage.
Ventura previously testified during week one of the trial how Combs became irate when he learned about her relationship with Mescudi.
A visibly pregnant Ventura told the courtroom that Combs made a series of threats against her and Mescudi.
During Mescudi's testimony, prosecutors asked him about a break-in at his Los Angeles home that occurred in December 2011.
The break-in occurred as Mescudi went to met Ventura at a hotel after she told him that Combs found out about their relationship.
Mescudi said he called Combs, who said, "What's up," to which he responded, "Motherf**ker are you in my house?"
Combs allegedly told him, "I am here waiting for you," the rapper testified.
When Mescudi arrived at his house, he recalled the exterior as appearing normal, but once he got inside he realized his security cameras had been moved.
Mescudi said some gifts he had bought for his family were opened, and his dog was locked in a bathroom.
When prosecutor Emily Johnson asked Mescudi about his car, the rapper said his dog sitter called him one morning in January 2012 and told him his Porsche was on fire.
Mescudi, who was at an ex-girlfriend's sister's house 45 minutes away, said his Porsche had been bombed by a Molotov cocktail.
When prosecutors asked about a photo of the car they showed him, Mescudi told them it was "the hole they cut in the roof of my car to put in the Molotov cocktail."
Mescudi's car bombing was mentioned in Ventura's lawsuit against Combs, which she filed in 2023.
Combs and his defense team have denied being involved in the alleged arson.
It comes as…
- Kid Cudi testified for hours about how Combs allegedly broke into his home, hurt his dog, and had his Porsche blown up
- Combs' ex-personal assistant David James described Combs' drug-filled "med bag" with Obama-shaped ecstasy pills and sperm boosters
- Cassie's mom Regina said Combs demanded she pay him $20,000 in exchange for a sex tape of her daughter
- Cassie spent four days on the stand detailing how she was allegedly forced to take part in drug-fueled sex marathons Combs called "freak-offs"
- Cassie sobbed as she described how Combs beat her and forced male escorts to urinate on her in the sick sessions
- Her husband, Alex Fine, broke his silence with an emotional statement after Cassie's testimony wrapped
- Dawn Richard testified Combs threatened her life to keep her quiet after she saw him beat Cassie in 2009
During her four-day testimony, Ventura said Combs and Mescudi eventually met to discuss the relationship and detailed their conversation for the court.
At one point, Mescudi asked Combs, "What about my car?" And Combs replied coldly, "What car," Ventura testified.
COMBS' FORMER ASSISTANT TESTIFIES
Mescudi, 41, is among six witnesses prosecutors will call forward on Thursday.
The day's proceedings began with George Kaplan, Combs' former assistant, back on the stand.
Kaplan testified on Wednesday about his time working at Combs Enterprises between 2013 and 2015.
The former assistant said he would routinely book hotel rooms for Combs under the name Frank Black, which he said was a reference to the late Bad Boy Records rapper Biggie Smalls, whose nickname was "Frank White."
Kaplan described working punishing "80 to 100-hour" work weeks, which would involve ensuring Combs' breakfast was cooked and his bathroom was stocked with all his essentials.
The assistant told jurors his job would also involve prepping hotel rooms for Combs' alleged freak-offs.
He recalled stocking the rooms with candles, Astroglide lubricant, baby oil and clothing.
Kaplan said he would often clean up after the alleged sex marathons in order to protect Combs' public image.
"It was implied, protect his public image. I was keen on doing that," Kaplan testified.
"I found hotels would sell photos to newspapers to shame guests."
Combs' attorneys have insisted that while Combs might be guilty of domestic violence against Cassie, he's not guilty of any of the charges against him, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The music executive has pleaded not guilty to all charges as prosecutors continue to paint him as the ringleader of a criminal enterprise.
He has denied all allegations against him and insists he's only engaged in consensual sex.

'The Punisher' told not to look at Combs
Sharay Hayes testified that Cassie Ventura handed him $800 after she asked him to have sex with her in front of Sean Combs.
"She told me not to acknowledge her husband, not to look at him when he came out," Hayes testified.
Hayes said the room was "dimly lit" with candles and that the furtniture was covered in sheets.
He also said there were bottles of baby oil in bowls of water, and that Combs expected him and Cassie to be "glistening."
Hayes says Cassie was wearing a wig
Sharay Hayes testified that after he was called to perform for a group of friends in 2012, he was surprised to find only two people in the hotel room.
Hayes said Cassie was wearing a wig and a bathrobe with nothing underneath.
"I was expecting a crowd but there was no one else," he told the jury.
"She told me she and her husband wanted to create a sexual scene with baby oil."
Hayes recalls first encounter
"The Punisher" told the court he was first hired to create a "sexy erotic scene" in New York City in 2012.
Sharay Hayes said he was told to arrive at Trump International Hotel at midnight to perform a "striptease for a small group of friends."
He said when Cassie Ventura called him to set up the occasion, she told him her name was Janet and it was her birthday.
'The Punisher' takes the stand
Sharay Hayes, a former male exotic dancer with the stage name "The Punisher," is now taking the stand.
Last week, Cassie Ventura testified that Hayes was one of the male escorts that Sean Combs forced her to have sex with during a "freak-off."
Hayes, 51, worked as a dancer from 2012 to 2016.
He said he got the nickname "The Punisher" when he was a teenager playing basketball on West 4th Street.
Defense bows out
Sean Combs' defense team said they had no questions to ask Regina Ventura on cross-examination.
Regina testified about wiring $20,000 to Combs, as well as taking pictures of Cassie Ventura's injuries after Combs allegedly beat her.
“She was bruised, and I wanted to make sure that we memorialized it,” Regina said.
Combs 'forced Cassie's mom to pay $20k'
When Sean Combs found out Cassie Ventura was dating rapper Kid Cudi in December 2011, he demanded her parents pay him $20,000.
Prosecutors say Combs threatened to release "freak-off" videos of Cassie unless he got the money.
"I was physically sick," Regina Ventura testified.
"I did not understand it, the sex tape threw me. He was trying to hurt my daughter."
Cassie's parents took out a home equity loan and wired the money to Combs.
"That was the only way we could get the money," Regina testified.
Less than a week after Regina sent the money, it was wired back into her account with no explanation.
'It made me sick'
Regina Ventura is being asked to read out emails from her daughter that warned her about sex tapes that might be leaked.
Cassie Ventura testified last week that Combs threatened to release videos of "freak-offs" when he found out she was dating rapper Kid Cudi in 2011.
Cassie's mom takes the stand
Cassie Ventura's mom, Regina Ventura, is taking the stand.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson, who questioned Cassie last week, will ask Regina questions.
'You can't put your hands on a woman'
David James testified about an argument he had with Sean Combs' former personal chef, Jourdan Atkinson.
James said he was in Combs' kitchen in Miami when Atkinson told him where Combs needed to be.
He said he grabbed both of the chef's wrists and told her to "stay in her lane."
Combs heard about the incident and called James to his room, where he warned him he could be fired.
"I told him what happened and he said, 'You can't put your hands on a woman,'" James testified.
David James is off the stand
Sean Combs' former personal assistant, David James, is done testifying against his ex-boss.
The court is taking a 10-minute break before the next witness.
Cassie Ventura's mom arrives in court
Cassie Ventura's mom, Regina Ventura, has arrived to testify in court today.
Regina took pictures of her daughter's bruises, allegedly from Sean Combs' beatings, that were released to the public on Monday.
Last week, Cassie testified about how she was constantly terrified that her mom would find out about the alleged "freak-offs" and ongoing abuse.

David James testified that the items Sean Combs asked for in his hotel rooms allowed for him to have a "consistent environment."
For example, he liked to have ketchup with him whenever he was in the studio.
“Ketchup was a big item that he always needed for his food, so it was just the consistency, to create a consistent environment for wherever he was,” James said.
Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifilo asked, "Did you know he put apple sauce on cheeseburgers?"
James responded, "No, but I knew he likes apple sauce."
'The Punisher' to testify today
A male escort nicknamed "The Punisher" who was part of Diddy's "freak-off" parties is among the witnesses expected to take the stand today as the blockbuster trial continues.
Also expected to testify are Sean "Diddy" Combs' former private chef, Jourdan Atkinson, and Cassie Ventura's mom, Regina Ventura.
Cassie testified last week that a man known as “The Punisher” was involved in numerous drug-fueled marathon sex sessions known as “freak-offs” with her and Combs.
She said she was forced into gruelling sessions for up to four days with the party porn star and others, and risked beatings if she refused.
Although Cassie did not mention a specific name, The Punisher is understood to be Sharay Hayes - a male escort and exotic dancer.
Diddy took 'Obama-shaped pills'
David James testified that Sean Combs took drugs "every day" - including pills shaped like the face of former President Barack Obama, whom Combs met.
"There were various pills but one was in the form of a former president’s face," James testified.
He then clarified that it was Obama when questioned by prosecutors.
Cross-examination begins
Sean Combs' defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo is now questioning David James on cross-examination.
Agnifilo is asking James about an incident where Combs and his security guard, D-Roc, went to a diner to confront rapper Suge Knight.
Combs kept video of assistant dancing
David James testified that Sean Combs kept a video of him dancing while on ecstasy.
He recalled that he got high at a New Year's Eve party and that Combs asked him about a video of him dancing while under the influence.
"We had a videographer who filmed the parties," James explained.
James told the court that Combs asked him, "Hey Playboy, was that you dancing at the party?"
Combs then said, "I'm going to keep the video in case I ever need it," James testified.
He added, "He thought it would be embarrassing for me."
Combs questioned assistant with lie detector test
David James testified that Sean Combs used a lie detector test on James at least twice while he worked as his assistant.
James said in his first year working for Combs, the music mogul brought in a former FBI agent who specialized in polygraphs to interview him after some of Combs' money went missing.
"It was very intimidating," James said.
"I had never taken a lie detector test before."
James testified he had to take another lie detector test after a watch went missing.
James recalls 'strange' hotel scene
David James testified about a "strange" incident after Sean Combs asked him to deliver his iPod to his Miami hotel room in 2008.
James said he knocked on the hotel room door but no one answered, so he used his key to let himself in.
He then saw Cassie on her back on the hotel bed with a comforter pulled up to her neck, but "she did not move when I entered the room."
James testified he saw a man with long hair walk across the room.
Combs wasn't in the room, but James said he heard the shower running.
"I never spoke to them about it, I just thought they were doing personal things," James said.
"I never had conversations with Cassie or Mr. Combs about their personal affairs."
David James set up Diddy's hotel rooms
Sean Combs' former assistant, David James, testified that he set up Combs' hotel rooms when he traveled.
He was asked to fill the hotel rooms with food and drinks like applesauce, Jello, Fiji water, and Circoc vodka.
James also said he would fill the hotel rooms with clothes and toiletries.
He would put about 40 products, mostly skincare, in Combs' hotel bathrooms.
James also testified he filled Combs' "med bag," which the court also heard Cassie Ventura and Dawn Richard testify about.
The Louis Vuitton pouch carried about 25 to 30 pill bottles, including Viagra, ecstasy, Percocet, Advil, and water pills.
He would also fill the bag with personal items and typically at least $10,000 in cash, which he was told to use when buying condoms and lubricant.
James said when Combs stayed in New York, he preferred to stay in the Trump International.
James brought Cassie food at the hotel
Last week, Cassie Ventura testified about a time when Sean Combs beat her and left her badly bruised.
She told jurors that Combs sent her to the London Hotel for a week to recover so that her injuries wouldn't be seen by the public.
James testified that while Cassie was at the London Hotel, Combs told him to bring her some fried chicken.
When he brought her the food, he testified he was "surprised" to see one of Combs' staff answer the door instead of Cassie.
David James' testimony continues
David James testified that Sean Combs went through his laptop after a blog post was published saying he hit Cassie Ventura at the club.
James said Combs came home from the club to confront him and see if he had written the post, which he said was "lying."
“As soon as he entered the door, he bee-lined straight for me," James testified, saying he pulled up the computer's search history to look through it.
"No one had ever done that to me," James said on the stand.
Male escorts pictured
After court was let out yesterday, over a dozen pictures of the male escorts whom Sean Combs is accused of forcing Cassie Ventura to have sex with during "freak-offs" were released to the public after being shown to the jury last week.
The images included the faces of Jules, who was at the 2016 "freak-off" at the Los Angeles hotel where Combs beat Cassie in the hallway, and Jonathan Oddi, who met up with the former couple in Miami and was later arrested for storming a Trump hotel in 2018.

It's a new day at Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal sex trafficking trial, but there seems to be some chaos in the courtroom.
Witness David James has already taken the stand, but four jurors are missing from the jury box.
It's important to remember the 12 jurors aren't being sequestered - meaning they can go home each night, but they're not permitted to talk to anyone about the case or read anything about it.
The court will reconvene once all of the jurors are ready.
What to expect today
Witness David James is set to take the stand again today at 9:30 am.
Prosecutors plan to call a number of witnesses today, including a male escort, Sean Combs' former personal chef, and Cassie Ventura's mom.
