CHLOE Khan shared the fruits of her Turkish cosmetic surgery – to the jaw dropping delight of fans.
The 26-year-old Celebrity Big Brother star made no secret of her trip to get a bum lift and a ‘designer vagina’.
And as many expected, she did not keep the results of her latest procedures secret – sharing a snap of her tiny waist on Instagram after going under the knife.
What fans didn’t expect, however, was for her to upload a snap of herself wearing a corset – only for her to then delete the image without explanation.

Chloe shared a photo of herself wearing the tight body piece and wrote the following before dramatically deleting all: “I am blown away with everything.”
She added: “Can’t wait to show you my full results. Having a few no makeup days and peaceful recovery. YouTube vid will be up soon. Thanks so much elite for my waist, hips and booty on fleck #BBL #Upgrade.”
Ms Khan previously uploaded a snap to the photo sharing site Instagram where she stripped herself of all make-up and material enhancements to show off her new figure with maximum impact.
Posing in a tight black outfit, Chloe beamed with delight as she snapped herself in the mirror.
“A rare no make up selfie 
no filter , no nails . No nothing lol . Pic is this morning,” the star wrote.
Ensuring no one was under any illusions, she added: “I got out of surgery earlier today and I feel fabulous.”
She subsequently shared a snap of herself wading through a swimming pool with a friend – giving fans a rear view of her new bum while her dress soaked up some water.
Ahead of her surgery, Chloe had explained exactly what she was having done to her in an online video, saying: “I’m on my way to Elite after care, it is in Turkey so I’m going to jump on a quick flight, to go and get a Brazilian butt lift.
“It’s not implants, they actually take all the fat from your own body that you don’t want and they put it all in your booty, to give you that fat a**e
“So for someone who isn’t that fat, or wasn’t, I’ve been stuffing my face on Dominoes and loads of munchies all week to pack on the pounds.”
She continued: “I love you all so much and I’ll let you in on a little secret, while I’m there I’ll also getting a designer vagina.”
She concluded: “I’m not advising anyone top get a surgery.”
