The popular Irishman's chat show is broadcast at 10.35pm on Friday night on BBC One.
Filmed in front of a live studio audience, the show sees each of the guests sat on the famous red sofa at the same time making for a relaxed interview with Graham.
An acclaimed musical act is always on hand to perform their new single before joining the sofa themselves.
There's rarely a dull moment on the show, with previous editions having seen Will Smith reunite with his Fresh Prince co-star Alfonso Ribeiro to perform the show's iconic theme song and Christina Ricci climbing into a fruit bowl.
Who are Graham Norton's guests Charlie Hunnam and Guy Ritchie?
Charlie Hunnam, 37, is best known for his leading role in US drama Sons of Anarchy in which he played Jackson "Jax" Teller - the vice president of a tough Californian biker gang.

He went on to star in sci-fi blockbuster Pacific Rim alongside Idris Elba in 2013 and his latest project is as the lead role in Guy Ritchie's take on the classic King Arthur tale.
Filmmaker Ritchie, 48, shot to fame after directing gritty Brit gangster flick Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels in 1998.
He had a son, Rocco, with singer Madonna in 2000, whom he went on to marry later later that year.
The couple adopted a son called David Banda from Malawi in 2006 before divorcing two years later.
He has been dating Jacqui Ainsley since 2010 and the pair married five years later in 2015. They have three children together.
Who else will viewers see on Friday night's show?
Actress Billie Piper will join Graham on the famous sofa to discuss her role in critically acclaimed play Yerma for which she won Best Actress at the Olivier Awards.
The star found fame at the tender age of 15 when she released her debut single Because We Want To which went to number one in the UK charts.
She's since forged a successful acting career, starring as the Doctor's assistant Rose Tyler in Doctor Who, Hannah Baxter in Secret Diary of a Call Girl and Brona Croft in gothic drama Penny Dreadful.
Comedian Jason Manford is the final guest on the sofa and the northern funnyman will have the audience in stitches with his real life tales.
Providing the music on Friday's show is Irish singing sensation Imelda May who will perform Should Have Been You before having a quick chat with Graham.
What will tonight's guests chat about?

While in an emotional moment, Guy will present Charlie with a custom made sword after the latter revealed he was unable to take one from the set.
